Terrible experience. Only 1 lift working waited lift to come for very long and up to take stair case The inside the room does not working at all and we have to move 3 rooms in 1 day

Very run down. Could be high quality and originally designed as such. But no maintenance or upgrading in decades since Horizon took it over from Aston and its all falling apart. Friendly helpful staff but room condition, facilities, restaurant a/c and lifts etc etc very poor . But fairly cheap spacious and close to centre of town.

A little bit care to make it great
We experienced a power outage and the hotel was not prepared for this. My room was on 27th floor.. No way easy to climb. Service was good and staff was calm and nice. However, AC did not work in room. Rest was brilliant and good.

Staff can not communicate well in English. Hotel quite close to the Mosque so during the night praying sould was quite noisy.

Not Even a Glorified Bed Breakfast!
It's a bed and breakfast. Inspite of being in their pricey 3 bedroom rooms, the overall condition of the room and hotel is not up to par. There are no hand towels, just one AC remote for 4 rooms, no floor mats in bathrooms, no proper kitchen utensils, and the housekeeping services really are SLOW. the room itself seems to be falling apart as the door also doesn't have a proper security lock and the to top it all the manager actually suggested that he would leave for some requested item in my room in my absence. Where is the security to that !! I would have appreciated the hotel to be more sophisticated or well managed considering it was close to the business district. It's not baby friendly to the point there are no ramps for strollers or wheelchairs, no baby cots or high chairs.

The room is super H U G E!!!!!!! its like renting an apartment, breakfast is superb...they even provide an infocus with cartoon, crayon and colouring book for children...very nice!!! Thanks a lot !

Excellent buffet restaurant.
I enjoyed the available open windows which opened enough to experience real fresh air. Hotel staff appeared promptly for any room service. As someone who enjoys Indonesian style cuisine, the hotel restaurant offers an excellent choice of ready-made yet fresh buffet items. Enjoyed chatting with the manager, Rizky, a fine gentleman. There are nearby ATMs available across the street; plus a mini market just next door to the hotel. The location is very close to a wide variety entertainment or shopping districts.

Not good experience
I arrived at midnight so too late to leave but when I opened the door of my room the first thing I saw were two roaches scurry for cover under the 1960 vintage sofa . I could go on but let's just say that even though I had booked two nights on expedia and could not get a refund I departed the next day and booked another nearby hotel. The staff is very nice but the hotel is not good

Was supposed to check in another hotel but the dates were messed up and hotel fully booked. They directed us to this hotel and since it was for one night we accepted it reluctantly. Worst experience ever and will never return to stay in this hotel.

Budget rock solid 3-star hotel
Stayed at this hotel in 2009. Nothing has changed, except wear and tear. What was comfortable 7 years ago - in not now. AC works slow but provides a bit of comfort. Very noisy water dispenser and refrigerator. In 5 nights the linen was changed once only.

The hotel staff is very accomodating and friendly. Its a very busy hotel thus in the morning sometimes there is no seat for breakfast but the hotel did a rearrangement to accomodate their guests. For me its service well accepted

I booked a penthouse room which basically had an extra veranda compared to regular 1 BR. Pros - spacious room, reasonable breakfast, good meal option on promo price, access to washing machine on request; Cons - Was awake every night by loudspeaker from mosque next door, Room decoration needs revamp, majority of kitchen items not there (supplied only after request), crowded breakfast area, washing machine leaking multiple times and manual function only.

Hotel has a peaceful location, not far from all major business districts and still out of daily crowd. All basic amenities are nice and basically you are living in one of the condominium estates in Jakarta. Breakfast could have been better.

Understandard Hotel. Smelly corridors, smelly rooms, smelly towels. Not good service, quality of breakfast - questionable, elevators are the same for people and products, very old and very very slow. Poor internet connection.

Never Book this Hotel
The hotel, is completely under standard. The lobby is absolutely not acceptable, the elevators are the ones that actual hotels use for luggages (old metal boxes, very slow, and dirty). The room (penthouse) had cockroaches, the towels are smelly, the breakfast is completely not 4star standrard.
