깔끔하고좋았는데 조금추웠어요 방온도를올려두 따뜻해지질안았어요 그게좀아쉬움 33도해도추움 다른거는다만점~~~~

자주가는곳인데 조금아쉬운점은 곳곳에먼지가너무마너요 침대시트도조금지저분했구요 이런적처음이예요 조금만깨끗했음더~~~좋겠습니다~~그래두또갈꺼예요

자주이용하는곳인데 이번에너무청소도안돼있고 침대시트도지져분하고 처음이네요 웬만한거는행주사다가제가닦고쓰는데 이번에실망했어요 먼지가곳곳에!!! 그래두리치호텔을워낙좋아해서또갈꺼예요 직원분두분중한분이조금만친절하셨으면 얼~~~마나감사했을까싶어요~^^

리조트 같은 가성비 좋은 호텔
리치 호텔은 애월읍에 바다뷰가 보이는 좋은 곳에 자리 잡고 있습니다. 바로 앞에 스타벅스도 있고, 걸어서 산책할 수 있는 길들도 있습니다. 프리미엄급 호텔은 아니지만 상대적으로 저렴한 가격에 좋은 위치에 리조트 같은 호텔을 찾는다면 좋은 선택일 될 수 있습니다. 5스타 호텔처럼 청결하거나 좋은 시설은 아니지만 저는 가족들과 함께 집처럼 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 가성비가 훌륭한 호텔입니다.

숙박시설이 노후된건 그렇다쳐도 침대시트에 머리카락 등 바닥에 욕조에 다른사람이 묵었던 흔적이 너무 지나쳤어요 냉장고엔 얼린 과자 메모장엔 메모한 흔적 욕조는 머리카락.. 아이와 함께 가기엔 비추요

방에서 바다가 보고 싶을때...
2일 지냈었는데 가성비대비 아주 좋았습니다, 방에서 창문밖으로 바다가 바로 보이는 오션뷰에, 스타벅스가 바로 앞에 있어서 머무르는동안 자주 이용했습니다.

전반적인 호텔시설은 만족스러웠지만 스파 수멍에서 머리카락같은 이물질이 많이 나왔습니다… 그래서 기대했던 스파를 못했습니다. 그것까지 꼼꼼한 청소가 필요할것 같습니다.

숙소화장대에먼지가쌓여있고 벌래두다니고 냉장고에머리카락두있었어요 정말지저분한곳이였어요 전에묵을때는참깨끗했는데 아무리바빠두좀심함 소독두철저하게했으면벌래가나올까요?!!!!

룸에서 오래된 냄새가 났어요. 화장실 문도 뻑뻑해서 열기 닫기가 힘들더라구요. 그리고..왠지 스산한 기운이 들더라구요.

대체적으로 깔끔 했고, 직원분들은 친절 하셨고, 바다가 가까웠던 점 가장 좋았습니다. 편의점은 차로 조금은 나가야 한다는 점이 아쉬웠고, 샤워 가운에서 살짝 꿉꿉한 냄새가 나서 당황했었습니다. 이벤트 덕에 저렴하게 예약 했지만 정가였다면 , 조금은 다른곳도 고려해 보았을것 같네요 ㅎㅅㅎ 바다 뷰 좋아 하시는 분들 한텐 추천입니다.

신관에 머물렀는데 이불상태도 좋고 깨끗해서 기분이 좋았어요 다만 아쉬운 점은 화장실 세면대 물이 잘 안빠지더라구요ㅠㅠ

호텔이라기 보다는 리조트에 가까운 숙박시설이에요 호텔의 서비스는 하나도 없습니다 ㅎㅎ 욕실에 있던 욕조+오션뷰는 최고이고 침대도 편안했어요 (욕실창문은 깨끗하지 않았어요ㅠㅠ) 주차장도 넓고 근처에 맛집도 많아서 위치도 좋았어요 바로앞에 스타벅스 걸어서 갈수있어용
