Pros: The process of checking in was fast and the bus service into the city was across the street.
Cons: I would certainly update the items in the room.
The images on line we misleading. The room needs updating from the TV to the couch. Also, we had to take COLD showers in the morning, because we were told the water tank was empty because the hotel was full and everyone decided to take a shower in the morning. No apology was given for this just a matter of fact explanation.

Perfect budget hotel near NYCPosted Dec 20, 2013
Pros: Breakfast and the location
Cons: The look of the rooms, carpet could be upgraded.
Location: Kohls and the Olive Garden are within walking distance. Walmart nearby too. Olive Garden prices are a lot cheaper than the one in Times Square.
We stayed there for 3 nights. Our room was at the end of the hall with a view of the Manhattan skyline. The hotel is a little dated but for the price, free breakfast and free parking, it's a great deal. We also found the room a little dry but not sure if it's normal for wintertime. The bus stop is in front of the hotel and are frequent. It was $3.95 pp one way. Since we are the first stop on the way to NYC, we had no problems with seats. Coming back could be busier but we always had a seat. Time to get to NYC was anywhere from 20 min to 35 min. (keeping in mind we did not leave until after 11:00 am). The breakfast was very good and it had a good selection.

Great stay for NYCPosted Dec 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
It is a wonderful location, with the bus to Times Square practically at your door. The only thing I was disappointed in was the breakfast. Definitely not as good as it was in previous years. Seems like it was cheap food. Even my teenage boys complained about it, and they eat anything.

Work Trip StayPosted Nov 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was satisfied with my stay at the La Quinta Inn. It was very clean however everything in the hotel was very dated including the TVs, bathroom and decor. The staff were very friendly and there was a note in the room clarifying that they are in the process of updating their facilities.
