Although the desk assistant disclosed the facility was going through ownership changes, the hotel was all sub par. We received one room key instead of two. The pool was closed, the continental breakfast room was closed.we requested an extra set of pillows and they could not provide them. The outlets in the room did not work, the bathtub was stained and dirty, the air conditioning was not consistent, the in room unit turned off randomly. We were given the wifi network name and password and it did not work, and the desk assistant wasn't able to remedy this when requested. There was a smoke detector that had a low battery that beeped the entire duration of our stay even though we brought it to the front desk’s attention. We weren't given a do not disturb or linen turn down service needed placard so the cleaning staff entered our room without knocking or acknowledgment while we were there. It was an overall extremely disappointing stay.
