"Magical" hotel with all the atmosphere of Efteling and surprising touches. Renovated bathrooms, great dinner, nice staff. Checkout at 10.30 is a bit early but as a compensation you get an entrance 30mn earlier than regular Efteling guests.

The only reason to stay at this hotel is the easiness of going in and out of Efteling park. The hotel feels old, the staff is not the most friendly one. Everything feels very basic in the room, the beds, showers etc.

This hotel is absolutely adorable. The staff are amazing, the rooms are really cute and comfortable, and the location for visiting Efteling is great.

Magical!
Great hotel and theme park. Lots of magical touches and ideal location. We took advantage of early access then took a break during the peak time and returned early evening which meant we barely had to queue for rides.

Magical experience
It was so sweet. The room has such gorgeous little details that make it magical. The bed was so comfortable, shower was great, staff were lovely. The bonus early entry and easy entry to the park was super.

This was a charming and convenient hotel for visiting Efteling. The staff and service were bright and cheerful. I felt very welcomed. Visiting Efteling alone from the United States and unsure of a variety of things, the Efteling Hotel staff were incredibly helpful with any assistance I needed and helped me feel comfortable. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Had graag de tickets voor de Caro show ontvangen bij aankomst. Nu moesten we lang wachten op zondagochtend. We wilden namelijk gebruik maken van het halve uur dat wij erin mochten voor de attracties.

Das Hotel ist gemütlich und das Frühstück wirklich gut. Die Nähe zum Eftelingpark und die Zusatzleistungen für Hotelgäste sind ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Nice hotel overall. We enjoyed very much the breakfast! You can enter the park 30' before the other visitors. Park is just across the hotel. I wasn't sure if my reservation was OK and the helpdesk was also very friendly.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Obwohl das Fenster direkt zur Autobahn gelegen war, war es sehr ruhig. Weiterhin erfreulich war, dass das Personal zum Großteil auch deutsch sprach, so dass man auch ohne Niederländisch-Kenntnisse keine Probleme hatte. Was mir persönlich gar nicht gefallen hat, war das Frühstück: auf dem Tisch stand eine Platte mit unterschiedlichem Brot. Die Platte war gleich gefüllt, egal ob zwei oder vier Personen am Tisch saßen. Auch wenn ein Nachfüllen sicher kein Problem gewesen wäre, haben zwei Personen doch nicht die ganze Platte verbraucht. Der Rest muss ja dann (hoffentlich...) zwangsweise entsorgt werden. Wegen Corona konnten auch zum Beispiel Barbesuche nicht auf das Zimmer geschrieben werden.

Teleurstellende kwaliteit van de keuken. Verschrikkelijk zelfs. Het aangeboden menu en kwaliteit was ondermaats! Ronduit "SLECHT". Weinig keuze, slechte bereiding, koud en onsmakelijk, en niet vers! Niet te waarderen voor dit soort verblijf. Park ... spijtig maar ook geen/weinig sfeer te beleven voor deze "kerst- en Nieuwjaarsperiode". Dit was voor ons zo teleurstellend dat wij besloten hebben dit niet te herhalen. Hier valt maar weinig positieve publiciteit mee te maken. Groeten Fred, Lut en Karolien

Quarto confortável com algumas surpresas positivas para as crianças, como um pequeno rato de brinquedo saindo da parede (toca) e box do banheiro para as meninas com uma coroa desenhada no vidro. Muita preocupação com pequenos detalhes que alegram as crianças, como por exemplo caderno para as crianças desenharem e oferecimento de um cartão postal para envio grátis à sua casa. Atendimento excelente na recepção e restaurante com brinquedão para as crianças, uma excelente opção após um dia cansativo de parque.
