We arrived at 4:30pm the room was on the 3rd floor, it was not clean, the bedding had been removed, there was a chair on one of the beds, dried ketchup on the entry floor. Told the staff the room was not ready, was given the only other room available, it was on the first floor. We were there for a convention and only had time to drop off our luggage and go setup. Got back late, when getting in bed, noticed toe nail clippings next to one of the beds. This showed the room had not been properly cleaned!!! Also, it was a bit chilly, tried to turn up the heat and it didn’t work. Will not stay here again nor would I recommend it. Very discussed!

Stayed for one day, had two rooms. Reception lady Pamela was super good and sweet in attending our family during Check In.Even during checkout the staff was good and considerate. Hotel room, bed, washroom and all the aspect were good.

There were kids running up and down the halls, slamming doors, yelling and parents being noisy as well. This was both nights we stayed, til past midnight. Took my 5 year old to the pool and it was a s**t show, a ton of kids just belly flopping into the pool splasing as much as possible. I got my kid out after just a couple minutes because these nasty kids were jumping right next to her head, parents just letting it happen. The breakfast area was trashed almost immediately, people leaving huge messes on every surface. Overall, nearly every guest we encountered was disrespectful to both staff and other guests, and the hotel needs to hire more staff to be able to deal with these trashy guests. Oh, and there was blood on the floor in the elevator. I watched an employee use the elevator and pretend it wasn't there. We will be avoiding this place like the plague, probably avoiding the general area tbh.

The room was pretty clean but there were items left in the room from previous tenants. The walls are thin so I could hear the neighbors very easily. The halls smelled of marijuana.

Firstly they charged my Visa AND expedia so i paid twice. They saidbthey refunded me but my bank disagrees and they would know sooo.. The staff were great The breakfast the second morning was great but the third and worth werent good. I came during a snow storm so the tv didnt work and they did not maintain their parking lot snow wise. I appreciate that it was a crazy storm and i accept whzt comes with that

Horrible visit. Checked in and was placed in a room that was already occupied. Yes we walked in on another guest. Went back down to the desk and representative apologized and “upgraded “ us to another room. Went to the room and it was infested with bed bugs. Left the room at 2am. Upon check out we were told we wouldn’t be charged and two days later we were charged for the room. Called numerous times to speak with a manager and/or general manager and a week later have still not been contacted.

Awesome stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Work out room, pool, and breakfast were good. No funky smells in room nor hotel. Felt safe staying there and would definitely return.

We had a good stay. The property was clean and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast area was excellent, and the food choices above average for sure. There were no towels, facecloths, etc. when we arrived. The staff was very quick to get some for us once notified. We stayed in Room 212. It is just above the front entrance and the sliding doors make a loud noise in the room. We thought it was thunder, but quickly picked up on the source when we focused on it. Either quieter doors could be installed, or more insulation inserted between the doors and the room to mitigate the sound. It is loud - you may want to listen to it. Perhaps this room could be the last room rented out until the sound impact is remedied ;) We like Marriott properties in general. G M Finnigan

The hotel was definitely a motel. The staff and lobby amazing, fools you. The rooms are very run down. For the price listed definitely not up to standards. The room was smelly, old and had trash everywhere. From crumbs, to q-tips and dust galore. I don’t think the room had been cleaned at all. Save your money this was not worth the price.

The hotel is little outdated but very well kept. You see employees cleaning in all hours. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Our floor was quiet, we slept very well. I'd stay here again if I ever come back here.
