The property is conveniently located. It has a pleasant atmosphere, and we were grateful for the shuttle to the airport. One complaint – – we did not receive the wake up call that we had asked for at 3 AM. Fortunately, we woke up on our own.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. Pubic hair on the soap dispenser. Soiled sheets. Room had a glass sliding court facing a court yard (no mention of that in the description of room) The pictures on their site are VERY deceiving.

Signs gave the impression of fresh, new and hip but the building itself including floors, tile, bathroom fixtures, etc were all dated. Had strange smells too— people definitely had been smoking but there was another hard to place unpleasant odor.

I would have appreciated maid service during our stay. None whatsoever. The pool was nice and well heated. Beds were a bit creaky. Overall it felt like a budget hotel, but without a free breakfast.

I'm glad I didn't need the pool because it was under constructions. Families with kids should call ahead about that. There were some outlets that didn't work, but there were always other outlets I could use. I really liked the lobby with a TV, various seating options, and fireplace. Cozy.

Easy to find and easy to get back to the airport. Shuttle service available around the clock I think! Very clean and quiet and the room was perfect. I was disappointed that the restaurant and bar were not functioning, but the Longhorn Steakhouse was right next door and a quick walk.

The staff was friendly and cooperative. The facility offered free coffee in the ams. The shuttle was prompt and always available. Wifi mostly great but had moments of intermit pause. TV reception was at time poor. Shower and bathroom were fine. Room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed.

This was a decent motel, but had a couple of key problems for us. First, the dish needed to be adjusted because many stations were fading in and out. Not a deal-breaker, but frustrating when you want to relax and enjoy your favorite shows. Second, and a deal-breaker for me, was the $5 charge for parking. Seriously? Do people walk to stay at the motel? If you think your routine parking lot is that fancy, build the cost into the room. We will not be back.

This property has a good corner location providing excellent visibility of facility. However, the entire place needs demolished and a new hotel erected. So bare bones and dirty with furniture so stained and tattered I was afraid to sit on it. Never again and may make me reconsider Expedia.

Computer reservations suck.!!
Ii tried for 4 hours to cancel this trip but was not able to, due to your systems. I got charged, and will dispute. The hotel couldn't cancel for me due to the 3d party involvement, and I could not ever talk to someone with Hotels.Com. The third party in Singapore's web site would not let me cancel. as the cancel button didn't work and their phone number was down. I am probably done with Hotels.com. Wasted 4 hours of my day yesterday, and continue to do so.
