Make the reservation AND pay through Expedia. The hotel charged me more than the quoted price from Expedia. I had to argue with the front desk ending with contacting their manager who the day supervisor stated NEVER steps foot on property. Cameras everywhere, hallway carpet looks very dirty, outside doors don’t lock, room had paint on floor, no closet for clothes just simple rack by entry and drawers. Some quick food available nearby but no continental breakfast given by hotel. I will not return to this location. Too much headache to save some cash.

We stay for two nights. The room was already paid in advanced. Reserved a room with two queen beds and were accommodated in a room with only one bed. Were informed we made a reservation for only one bed. When we presented printed copy of the reservation we were moved to a room with two queen beds. There were two used and dirty towels on top of the shower rod. The other white towels had stains and needed to be changed. At that point found out there were no breakfast either in the morning and it was indicated on the website the complimentary breakfast. The noisy for the hallway was heard all night. The pillows were very small and uncomfortable. One of the entrance doors remain opened all night. The next day after our return from breakfast, the hotel entrances were surrounded by police cars. Approximately, eight officers were inside the hotel looking for a criminal and robbed a car. The car was parked outside. We were not informed of any of this situation and we were scared. Homeless individuals entered the parking lot and broken glass on the parking area everywhere. No housekeeper stop to clean the room or pick up the garbage. Worst hotel we ever stayed.

Bed bugs!!! Do not stay here even though it’s cheap. Smells like marijuana and run down. Elevator is broken, zero breakfast. This place needs to be shut down.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE…I wish I could post the pictures. The property must have recently in the last year or so been updated to a more modern style decor in the rooms. It would be nice if it was cleaned and maintained properly but that is definitely not the case. The headboard was caked with grease from someone’s head and there were streaks where it was halfway cleaned. The floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. The bathroom was so disgusting with the toilet seat stained with cigarette burns. Dirt caked in the shower. The sink was clogged by Idek what. And to top it all off the window was busted out. The phone in the room didn’t work, the elevator and ice machine were out of order and we didn’t even have a trash can in the room. The doors leading outside were always kept propped open so anyone including people who weren’t staying could enter the place. It was sketchy. When we told the housekeeper she “told” us how to work the phone and didn’t address any other issues. lol the phone still didn’t work. And they charged a $100 deposit upon check-in lol. Apparently those deposits don’t actually get used to fix the issues that happen in the rooms. I did end up getting my deposit back the day after checkout.

Booked a two queen bed room and upon arrival they only had a single king bed room for me. Talked to the person at the front desk about it and he asked me for a couple hours to see if he could get one and clean it up for me but I was only in town for the night for an event so I didn’t have the time. Just wished I could get what I had paid for and booked.

This was an awful experience. I went to check in and the place looked disgusting. They wanted $100 deposit even though they had my credit card. I’ve never paid a deposit in my life. My room was on the third floor and elevator was broken. I can not do stairs because of health reasons and it was never stated there was no elevator. I made a call and was told I would not be charged since I wasn’t going to stay. The card was manually keyed in the next day. Now I’m have called to get my credit and have been told I will be contacted and haven’t been. I would never, ever recommend this place. I better get my credit or I’ll have to take other measures.

A lot of homeless in the area, looked like people who use illicit drugs and women who sell sexual services stayed there, smelled terribly of smoke, didnt feel too safe. We asked to be moved to higher floor just in case someone tried to break in through window.

I stayed at this Econo Lodge on a recent business trip for a writing conference at the convention center. After I checked in and was given my room key on the 3rd floor, Rm. 321, I asked where the elevator was, and I was told it was "out of service." I couldn't believe that because I have a sciatica nerve issue and a herniated disk, which makes it difficult and painful for me to walk and climb stairs. I asked for another room and was told all the rooms were booked. You can imagine how upset I was. I slowly, painfully climbed the stairs to my room and saw this monstrous vacuum cleaner right outside my door. When I closed the door and attempted to lock it, the 2nd safety lock was broken. When I attempted to take a shower, I discovered that there was no shower handle but a rusty screw I had to struggle, using a towel to turn it on, so I didn't cut my fingers. In the early morning, I was woken up by birds chirping and knocking about in the heater box unit. I thought they were about to fly into the room as I worked on my conference presentation. Did I mention the blanket smelled bad? I took pictures of everything, called the hotel to ask for a refund. The receptionist said, call Expedia to get a refund. I called Expedia, they called the hotel and the hotel said, no refund. What's going on here?? A run-around?? Is this a lawsuit waiting to happen? Needless to say, I still would like a full refund.

I must say the rooms are pretty clean which you wouldn’t expect from walking in the entrance. They requested cash for the deposit and showed us the atm which i thought was weird . They offer free breakfast but it has been out of order the whole week . We saw a random women passed out in the hallway with a bottle of vodka . We are in a situation we have stayed in a couple hotels in the area this one is on the nicer side but the customers are kind of sketchy. It is nice to have a microwave fridge and ironing board

Had an issue with my heater. Waited to tell them with weather being so bad. Once i told then they came down took a look and moved my room.. only thing is no one told me until i got there that therecwas 00.00 deposit no one could tell me why. It is close to my employment. I only stayed 1 night not 2. Staff told me i should receive my deposit back and the amount off the night i didnt stay.

They required a $100 deposit which wasn't mentioned when reserving. Inside of room was worn and dated. Clean enough for me.

Not a good stay
No hot water. Mold in shower. Chips missing out of tile floor. Smell of marijuana in whole hotel. Need multiple points of entry not just one. Key cards deactivated before check out time. Miss representation of bed size. TV remote didn’t work well. TV connection kept going out.
