The staff were all very kind and willing to go above and beyond. The facility was clean and the room was very nice. The shuttle drivers were all amazing as well!

My stay was not good due to noise. I checked in and left a 4 am appointment to ride the shuttle to the airport. The clerk on duty assigned me to a floor with a bunch of kids I assume. There was a dance team staying there. At 11:30 pm, I was woken up by a father and son arguing outside their room. I guess they didn't want to disturb the people in their room? Not sure their reasoning for their very loud talking outside my door. Then I finally went back to sleep and was woken up at 1:41 am again with something that sounded like pounding on the doors or ceiling. I could hear it over my white noise. I couldn't tell where it was coming from, but someone was partying. I called the front desk both times. SHe did nothing because she was alone. She couldn't just leave her desk to figure it out. Very miserable night.

I have reached out to my team regarding better ways in dealing with guests who are being too loud and how to approach that situation in a delicate matter. The front desk was exceptional & the room was very clean & comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was so appreciated. However there was a large plastic bag and big laundry cart both full of dirty linens in the hallway that we passed by each time we came and went from our room - they both remained there from the time we arrived Wednesday afternoon and left Thursday morning.

All advertised info says they have a shuttle, but even the hotel couldn't give me clear directions that they were sending a Lyft and where to meet it. Cluster!

We do have a 24 hour shuttle. There should be a driver at all hours of the day!

Unplanned stay that turned out fine
This was an unplanned stay. My flight from Phoenix was supposed to have arrived at 5 PM and I plan to drive two hours home. However, various delays resulted in arrival at midnight. I was able to get a room here. Airport. Transportation was very efficient. Everything was, just what I needed. I was able to sleep late the next morning and then go on home.

The 24 hour shuttle is a nice feature that I would have used if my friend had not rented a car. Very clean and the staff was 10/10.
