Clean and good location
Good location. Easy off street parking. comfortable couch. Lots of games and books. Well stocked with kitchen tools and dishes. Very clean. Safe area near westwood park n'hood. Close to grocery and cvs. Perfect for me to visit my daugter who lives in Plaza. Will book again.

Fun weekend with Friends
We all showed up Wednesday night and found it pretty easy. Close to a lot of fun and exciting places as well as good gas station and places to eat. Uber rides to T Mobile center weren’t too bad as it was fairly close. The inside was clean and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi worked with no issues. Any questions I had for the manager were responded to almost immediately. We left Sunday morning and ate brunch just a couple minutes away from the VRBO and it was delicious there. Would highly recommend as a great place to stay the night and make a homebase while spending time in KC.

The property was easy to find. Janine was very responsive to my messages and check in was so easy. The house is cute, quirky, and comfortable and there are some beautiful antique stores right around the corner. We had game night and movie night at the house after long days of walking around KC. I would stay here again!

Great place
Great place. Perfect location for restaurants, and the Plaza. Not very far from the football stadium. My only issue was there was a strange odor. Idk if it was the pipes, sewage, or what. I’m sure some air fresheners would fix it. Other than that we had a pleasant stay!

The house was clean and nice. The neighborhood was great, House was listed as a 3 bedroom but it's technically a 2 bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room. I did not see that description until I arrived. Overall, we enjoyed our stayed and Janine was a great host!

Cute House, Great Area, Terrific Renter
The house is older, but they clearly have done a lot to modernize the house and furnishings. The location is excellent, and I like the parking for 2 vehicles without being in each other's way. The floors and furnishings are new, and the walls have recently been painted and look very nice. The sheets, pillows, comforters, dressers, table chairs were all new. Nice clean and roomy shower. It worked great for our family of 5 (each kid had their own roomy bed). I loved that they provided laundry detergent, soap, paper towels. All we needed was our own shower soaps and shampoos. The renter is an excellent communicator who responds very quickly. She gave us several excellent ideas for places to visit and eat. We went to several of them and were not disappointed. Excellent value for the price.
