I want to note that the 2 rooms booked were for our standard category, and we provided a complimentary upgrade for 1 room to our Deluxe Room, as we did not have 2 empty that we could upgrade too. We try to upgrade our guests (for free) as much as possible, and usually they appreciate the gesture.
