Very nice. A little dated and basic. But we knew that beforehand and still chose this place. Fairly priced, clean, helpful staff. We would book it again.

It's an older facility but so what? Place was clean, beds were comfortable, and the price was better than affordable. Ice machine absence was made up for by an ice chest with free bags (small) of ice for the taking. Immediately adjacent to an adequate restaurant and within 50 yards of an excellent sports bar. Would stay there again in a minute.

This is an older hotel, but the room was large and very clean. Quiet, plenty of hot water, good WiFi . Parking was a little tight.

It looked nice on the outside...but the room plumbing was terrible. Sink overflowed everywhere and ruined a lot of our clothes etc. There was no breakfast as stated....office was not open in AM as stated. Verbal commitments were not kept.

Crane stay on my birthday
Our stay was fantastic. The motel is a lovely trapse down memory lane! The room was super clean. The bathroom floor and tub could have been cleaner tho. Quiet, charming, great location and staff. Really not a 'breakfast', but the free coffee was good. Free quality ice was nice. Great stay for the price!

Building, room, and especially the bathroom are outdated and poorly maintained. "Breakfast" was a joke - you go to reception area to take back to your room weak/tasteless coffee, a container of juice (only available sometimes), and a muffin (only available sometimes). The motel is apparently frequented by a "gang of thieves", so hair dryers, coffee makers & shampoo/conditioners are not available in the rooms.

Good budget-friendly place.
Their prices were very low in comparison with others but they had good reviews. I found it very reasonable for the cost. Beds were just so so. Rooms were a bit outdated but generally fairly clean. I thought they had a breakfast as that's what I filtered in my search but they just had coffee and muffins and juice and I didn't notice that when viewing their website. So if you're looking for a decent budget friendly place, this is a good choice.

We liked the friendliness of the staff. We also liked all that was offered in the room: 2 easy chairs, table with chairs, desk, refrigerator, microwave, king size bed. The only thing we didn't like was the broken shade by the mirror.

Overall fine
Good location. Great price. Spacious, comfortable room. Updating needed, especially lighting, number of electrical outlets, and bathroom fixtures. Worth the price.

If you like fancy and all the amenities, this place isn't for you. If very reasonably priced, clean, friendly, and a little dated in terms of decor works for you, this is your place. We stay in Kearney once a year. We'll stay at the Midtown Western Inn again next year.

I like the location and the restaurant attached. Beds were comfortable. It's a not frills motel. No coffee maker, no shampoo, small bars of soup and that's about it. didn't like the toilet seat, small round and moved every time you sat on it. But I would stay there again for the location to what I need.

Comfortable and spacious room. Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Only issue was the carpet could have been cleaner and it was obvious that it had not had a deep clean for sometime. Overall, for price - I would definitely stay again

Not an updated motel, however, the room felt like home. The king size bed was very comfortable even though it wasn’t new. If you are looking for affordable and don’t need all the extras, this is a great place to stay. Check in was easy and the guy was friendly. As a single female, I felt safe staying here.

This is your typical mom and pop hotel. The man who checked me in was very nice and we were able to get a room on the main floor. This hotel still uses metal keys so seems like a security risk (easy to make a duplicate key and have access to a room). The beds were softer than I care for but comfortable. Bathroom was quite worn and the humidity during shower was terrible (everything in the bathroom was damp after the shower). Price was good, TV and Wi-Fi worked.

Very little to like except the price. Bed was like a hammock. Room was beat up. Decor was 1950's. Breakfast was not. Light in hallway was barely visible, couldn't even see keyhole to get in. Parking was scarce and dangerous.

Not so nice. Reception felt like they could care less if we were there or not. Most of the guests were sitting outside smoking. Place was filthy. We had to spend an hour cleaning the room to spend the night and feel Comfortable. The only good part was that we could park right outside our room to keep an eye on our car. Not recommend for people with a family. Room smelled of urine. Don’t know if it was from previous pets or bathroom not cleaned well enough. The bathroom had the worst paint job that it looked like there was crap all over the bathroom! Won’t stay here again. Right next to the jail.
