In short, I would not recommend that hotel. If you are interested in details, we booked 2 rooms-for me and my elderly relative with a limiting mobility, I asked for 2 adjoining rooms for convenience. When we arrived after tiring 4-hour drive we were offered 2 rooms next to each other but not connecting rooms. The front desk person told us they do not have connecting rooms contrary to info at their site. Then he notified us that the elevators do not work at the hotel, and we need to walk to the rooms to the 2d floor. It was fairy long distance for my relative so I asked for rooms on 1st floor, was told they have only one, so we stayed on different floors which was very inconvenient for us, I asked to find me a room close by may be on the next day, but never was offered one. I asked why the info about non-working elevators was not provided in advance, the clerk said it is present on their site, not at Expedia site. I checked later, could not find it on their site. So, when I unpacked my staff and was ready to go to bed at that night, after I untucked my bed I was really shocked to see that the sheets were not changed after previous guest, there was some hairs, pieces of lint, and even a small sharp plastic piece. Btw, the manager has never responded to my e-mail with complaint and to my message on her answering machine. I had to move to another room after midnight with all my belongings, they do not have a housekeeper at night to change linen. Overall-very disappointing!
