WOW! I'm surprised! You stayed in cabin 7. That is our most popular cabin. It's the historic cabin. It has 2 easy chairs with ottomans along with a microwave, refrigerator and a coffee pot. Would have been nice to know what other comforts you are used to.

Excellent location easy access to keystone and other towns. Loved everything about it. The only thing we could of used was a flyswatter. Loved the big frig. Nice people.

Close to Mt Rushmore. No place to park, very small area in front of several cabins. Older shower, old air conditioner, dirty areas behind furniture. Strong odor: mildew?

Very nice and peaceful little place. Only downfall is transportation in the area. We would definitely stay again!

Holy Smoke is extremely convenient to the main strip of Keytone, Mt. Rushmore, Needles Highway, and Crazy Horse. The cabin was clean but very dated and a small TV with only 3 channels.

I wish you would have brought the fact the TV only had 3 channels to my attention. We are suppose to have 13 channels therefore something must have been wrong with the satellite system which could have been fixed had I known about it. As far as the cabin being dated....the cabin decor is southwestern rustic. Not like a motel room. Most people enjoy the different decor. But to each their own. Thank you for staying with us.

Checked in late and staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was nice, no A/C on when we arrived and it was very warm in our cabin. It did eventually cool, but it took a little while. Overall, a good experience.

nice location, clean, amazing view, extremely quiet enjoyed it. negative would be cabin was lacking outlets , very little lighting, ac didn’t cool very well.. but we opened the windows and were very comfortable.. we would definitely stay again

The lady at the check in desk is awesome. She was super helpful and so nice when we were struggling to find our way to the resort! Once there it was a great place to stay!
