Updated 1-Bedroom Keystone Condo, Short Walk to Lifts, Shops and Dining

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with courtyard and mountain views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and cozy furniture. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area you have access to the private balcony that offers mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats five. The full bathroom has a single sink vanity, a shower/tub combination and is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and offers beautiful views.

Enjoy extra soft oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. We had a great stay at the silver mill. The condo was adorable and clean. It had everything we needed and everything was very comfortable. The location was perfect for skiing and walking to everything we needed. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

This is a great condo for 1-2 people, or a couple with a child. It's small but very clean and comfy with everything you need. The king bed is very nice. Location is great, right in the square of Keystone near shops, restaurants, etc.

Our room was just right the three of us. The balcony overlooked the hot tub area, but it was not too noisy and still had a good view of the mountains. Loved having indoor parking as well as some shopping and restaurants within the lodge courtyard.

Bedroom window would not open, it became very warm to sleep. Very disappointed. Couldn't access the fitness club, tried both the door card key & the key card hanging near front door, neither worked, called mgmt, they had no clue, said they would check on it...never heard back. No fitness club. Couldn't lite the fireplace, called mgmt, they said rather than send someone up, that I should fix it, using directions from guest book, I followed these directions, still Couldn't lite pilot. I figured mgmt didn't really care, so no fireplace. Two minor things: Inside of toaster falling apart, & some of the outlets wouldn't hold a plug tight.

Adorable, compact, well appointed condo in the Silver Mill building, overlooking the hot tubs and mountain slopes. Comfortable king sized bed with premium hotel bedding and towels. We took advantage of the sauna, located just inside from the hot tubs. There is a pool table in a lounge area and a fitness center on the lower level.

Nice property and location, however, the fireplace didn’t work, even after having maintenance try to fix it. Additionally, the dishwasher is not properly mounted. Other than these items....it’s a nice condo with a view of the plaza and ski hill.
