Beautiful 1-bedroom villa at Kiawah
We were only able to spend 1 night at this great little villa, but we truly enjoyed it! Close to the beach, tennis courts and The Sanctuary. The place was spotless and very tastefully decorated.

We loved our 2-night stay and explored the environs as much as we could. The only thing we missed was coffee pods for the Keurig or fresh grounds for the coffee maker. Otherwise, it was a perfect condo with keyless entry, convenient parking, a comfortable bed, screened-in porch with a wooded view, and even a washer/dryer in one closet! We give it 4.75 out of 5 stars. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay
Despite the rain, we enjoyed our time on Kiawah. Walking the beach, playing games were a fun part of our stay. The Condo was in great condition and had everything we needed.

Great Service
Property owner was extremely helpful and always responded promptly to all of my messages. Property was better than advertised. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in when staying in a rental property.

Wonderful one-bedroom apartment
Great location. Minutes from the beach and pickleball courts. Clean bright apartment. Nice screened in balcony. Full kitchen. Bed was a king but had two body-size depressions in it (Maybe needs to be turned). Overall, a great place.

Our stay at this Vrbo
This property is tastefully decorated. Comfortable King-sized bed, comfortable furniture and screened-in porch. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans. Would suggest some curtains on sliding glass doors for privacy/warmth on cool evenings. Bedroom could use more drawers for clothing. Info on where to find places of worship, groceries and pharmacy would be helpful. Also instructions for the Rocu TV system.

Comfortable and clean
We had a fun long weekend at this unit. It’s in an extremely pretty setting and is very well kept. The bed was so comfortable! Very important to me! Lots of great bike riding. We will be back.

Great Place!
Very nice place with a quaint walk to the beach!! Bed was quite comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available to use and that was a great bonus since we flew here. Bring in the gated community allowed for the area to be quiet and feeling of safety!!

Lovely spot - nice and quiet
I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable and the unit was quiet. AC was a little noisy but not a big deal. Having a keypad was nice so that I didn't have to worry about carrying a key or a card around. The unit was pretty clean. I didn't use the kitchen as I was out pretty much all weekend. I enjoyed the walk to the beach. Mostly I appreciated the quiet and that the check-in and check-out instructions were nice and clear.

Clean, nice and quiet
1.It is 10 minutes away (walking) to the beach, that was just perfect for us ! 2. Even if the villa looks old, like door and bathroom, washing machine and dryer, but all works just fine, it was very clean, clean kitchen, dining, living room (sofas and pillows) and the bedroom. 3. Some improvements will be very close to 5⭐️in the shower 🚿 and white curtain (inside). 4. The Communication with property manager was very promptly. Thank you !

Amazing!
We really enjoyed our stay in Kiawah at the Tennis Club Villas. Riding bikes to the ocean and watching all the wildlife was our favorite! The Villa was beautiful and we can't wait to come again next year!

We had a great time in Kiawah staying at this condo. Perfect for a weekend getaway! Really enjoyed the location, walked to so many places on the island. Condo is clean and exactly as advertised. Had a minor issue checking in but Jacki was able to assist right away. Would rent again!

Weekend trip
Amazing location down the street from the Sanctuary, right next to tennis courts, and close to the beach. The closest bridge to access the path to the beach was closed, so something to keep in mind for guests staying in the near term. This villa is much more affordable than staying at the resort but there are trade offs. The only issue for us was the property didn't look exactly as pictured, so felt a bit duped. The photos show a very bright open space, and the villa was dark/dated. We didn't feel comfortable sitting on any of the furniture (did not feel or look clean). However, Jacki was a very nice and responsive host. She provided clear check-in/check-out instructions, which we really appreciated! Kiawah is lovely and has so much to offer vacationers with different activity interests.

Hi Sarah! I am glad you enjoyed your stay at Kiawah! So sorry that the condo didn't look as pictured. We just purchased the unit a year ago and these are the photos from the real estate listing. We haven't done any changes to the condo yet because we remain booked but will hopefully soon! As far as the bridge to the beach...yes that is upsetting ( i was just made aware via letter from the association just recently. ) i hope they can fix the bridge very soon.... it farther away having to go around and through the tennis courts and not as convenient or sure. thank you again for booking!
