Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I won’t stay here again. I made a list of pro’s and con’s and realized that the pro’s list were things that I would expect from any place I stay. So here you go. Pro’s: Price, Friendly Staff, big king room, Vinyl floor instead of carpet, mini fridge and microwave, USB & electric at bedside, EV charging station x2, ice machine, hot water. Con’s: No amenities (shampoo, conditioner, toiletries of any kind) just 2 small bars of soap. No tissue paper/kleenex, in room coffee machine, iron, or hair dryer. No pool towels, just the set for 2 that is in the room, & if you need more towels, you have to turn in the 2 used ones before you can get 2 new ones. We had a nonsmoking room, but there was a lot of smoking going on around our room. The room was exceedingly dark. Only a couple of very low watt bulbs (shave your face or put on makeup in your car if you want to be able to see). It was clean-ish. The bed linens looked clean, bathroom wasn’t very clean, walls and doors were splattered with who-knows-what. No sink counter, just a sink, which is unfortunate, because it had one of the only light sources. Very little furniture in that big room. A bed, a desk, and a metal/plastic chair. The bed was VERY firm. Like the floor. No ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign, you have to ask at front desk if you don’t want service. I will repeat that Staff were very friendly. It’s not their fault I won’t stay here again.
