This is a lovely little apartment. It is within 10min on foot to the Snowshed base station. The shuttle bus stops right in front of the apartment block, though we appreciated the flexibility of leaving when we please. The bus takes about the same time as walking. The apartment is a bit dated, though well kept and everything is functioning. Bring water though as the tap water doesn’t taste good. You can also refill at one of the lodges. It’s much better there. The hosts were super responsive and nice. We really liked the stay!

Nice compact little condo with well-stocked kitchen equipment. We cooked all week and didn’t need anything we didn’t find. Convenient bus stop to get to the lifts: it’s really too far to walk in ski boots but the bus is frequent enough to be good.

A very uncomfortable stay
Upon arrival, the space was freezing and took hours to heat up. We were stuck bundled up in our ski clothes for the duration, too cold to shower, and couldn’t get comfortable. The TV is placed so high that it craned our necks. There was no sense of hospitality and the tap water had such a strong chlorine flavor that we had to leave the property to purchase some. There was some kind of dust on the ceiling and in the air and we both developed a dry cough, and I developed a sinus infection. We’ve stayed in many places and this was the worst by far.

Awesome long weekend at Killington
Kevin’s place was exactly as advertised. Such a cute place for an avid snowboarder, whose been all over the world to ride, but the beast of the east will always be my favorite. Kevin’s place is so close to lifts and lodges. A very easy walk but the bus is also great (especially after an 8 hr session when your legs feel like they are going to fall off)Thanks so much Kevin for making our weekend so memorable!!

Cozy apartment with great access to Killington
Great little apartment for our family of four! Nice and cozy, and had everything we needed for our week in Killington. Loved the fireplace which was perfect after a day on the slopes! Easy access to slopes via the shuttle...stop was was very close and the shuttles run frequently Good communication with owners! Thanks for a great stay.

Great place to lodge for guest with food allergies.
We are a family with food allergies and are always looking for a place with a great kitchen to prep our meals. This one bedroom had a really well-stocked kitchen where everything worked and was very clean. Really great location to Killington. We came in July and spent the weekend exploring everything Killington has to offer in the Summer. The new outdoor pool was very nice. Thanks for the relaxing stay!

Great condo for a weekend in Vermont
Super close (5-10 minute walk) to Ramshead and Snowshed lodges. Only a few minutes to drive to many of Killington’s restaurants. Can’t really beat the location. Condo itself was awesome as well, there was firewood stocked on our deck when we arrived. Perfect amount of space for 4 people.

Condo was clean and well equipped. Great location near slopes and night life. Halls reminded me of a dorm room a little but I did not sleep in the hall so no issues. Well decorated to make you feel right at home in the mountains.

Killington Weekend Away
My wife and two children were extremely pleased with the property... The location is outstanding... We came up for the Spartan Beast weekend and the event buses were literally a 2 minute walk across the street.. The condo it self was nicely furnished and met all my families needs... If you are coming up in the winter to ski Killington, the Snowshed lifts are right across the street... Highly recommend.

Close To Everything - Condo Complex Has Everything You Need
The condo was clean and comfortable. The owner was easy to work with and provides his cell phone to text or call with any questions during stay. The location was perfect, close to everything on the access road. We stayed primarily at the condo complex enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fitness center, rented at Black Dog Sports, the kids loved the game room, had breakfast sandwiches at Maya Papaya and had a nice Italian dinner at Cappricios. All within walking distance from the condo. Perfect for a fun, relaxing, stress free ski trip. We will return!

Wonderully located, newly renovated condo
We fully enjoyed out stay here. The condo is cozy and well appointed, and includes a newly redone kitchenette, balcony, and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room for added sleeping space. There are condo buses that drive by frequently, so the mountain is only minutes away. Rich is also always available to readily answer any questions, or graciously assist with any issues that might arise.

This was our first time in Killington and it was an amazing vacation. Rich was absolutely great to work with. He was always available and responded quickly to any questions we had before and during our stay. We have 5 in our family and this condo was just perfect for us. It had enough beds, linens, kitchenware and was super clean. The bottle of wine and drinks added a very special touch. 🍷 Our check in was simple and quick. The location was perfect to the ski resort, a short 5 min walk or the shuttle picks you up just outside the door. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice as was our rental experience from Black Dog Sports. Very friendly, professional and helpful. We will be coming back for sure. The ski condo was excellent choice for our family. It was nicely furnished, warm, and convenient.
We found the condo to be stocked with lots of supplies, high quality towels and bed linens, toiletries, and some welcoming beverages. The queen bed was very comfortable and we ended up using the aerobeds for a few nughts when our youngest son joined us for a few nighrs. The Killington shuttle bus stopped in front of the building and again by the secure ski lockers. We enjoyed in the hot tub and steam room in the main unit. We would rent here again!

EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED!
Simply put, this place is amazing. There is no better location than this for skiing at Killington. You are literally minutes from Snowshed base lodge and the private bus which circles the condo every 15 minutes taking you to the lodge makes it easy for everyone in your group to go back and forth to the condo themselves since you won’t have to worry about parking at Killington. The condo was immaculate with comfortable mattresses (even on the pull out sofa), quality linens, pillows and soft comfy towels. The fireplace with unlimited wood and firestarters was wonderful as we watched the snow fall outside. We ended up cooking dinner in every night which was easy in the well appointed kitchen. I appreciated having boots trays which I put near the front door so that when we came in we could step right on them and keep our new slipper-socks dry. Don’t worry about packing a lot of clothes as the laundry room’s washer and dryer are clean and in great working order. Rich is personable, friendly and extremely responsive to any questions and has great recommendations for anyone needing info about the area or Killington. He has thought of everything to make his place comfortable, warm and welcoming for all. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer, cleaner or more comfortable place to stay at Killington.

Excellent! Beyond what we imagined!!!
My partner and I were fortunate to get to spend a few days at Rich's place. We had a blast! We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a lovely view. Yes, you can see the mountains from the windows! The place is perfectly furnished and we felt right at home. It's clear that the owner knows how to prepare his place for guests. The location couldn't be better. We were walking/biking distance to lifts and trails. I highly recommend this place as a perfect weekend get-a-way, or longer if you have the vacation time! Thanks again, Rich, for offering this place at such an incredible rate. See you next time :)

Exactly As Listed With All the Essentials
I rented this place to use for a 3-day stay while I was bike racing in Killington. Two other people were with me as well for a holiday. What we liked most was that it was simple to check-in and out, it was equipped with all the essentials in the kitchen, and that Richard was super organized and accommodating with our requests (different arrival times, extended check-out due to race schedule etc.) We were very happy overall and he was so honest, he sent me my prize money I left behind!

Convenient and cozy!
We had a great weekend at Killington thanks to this perfectly-located and completely gracious condo! There was not one amenity that we could have wanted - from fluffy blankets to fun games, ready-to-go kitchen and brand new appliances, it was cozy and convenient. With dodgy ski weather the close-to-Snowshed and Ramshead location made it a cinch to drop and scoop the teenagers and the Mountain Green amenities of gym and pool kept us busy once the lifts closed. We were able to cook lunches in and then get to Access Road dinners in minutes. Looking forward to booking again next winter!

Ski Weekend March 10th - 13th
My husband and I, along with our two young children, stayed at this condo last weekend. It was perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we could need for a ski weekend. You cannot beat the location as it is directly across from the lifts. It is in fact centrally located to everything including restaurants, shops and bars as well. The complex has a heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, steam room and spa/fitness facility. We used the pool and hot tub everyday and the kids looked forwarded to it after a day skiing. Rich was great to work with helping with tips for lessons and places to eat. We requested a late check out as my son wanted to take another unexpected lesson and he extended it for way further than we even needed to. I would definitely recommend this condo to a family of 4 or even 2 couples. Also, he makes an effort to offer the best price so it really is a great value. We will be back.

Me and my girlfriend, 25 and 27 yrs old, stayed for a week in this condo and had a great time! Location was great right across from the lifts, property was very clean and well kept. It was a very nice area and the owner was very helpful if we needed anything or had any questions. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to have a ski/snowboard getaway or even just a relaxing weekend.

Great Winter Vacation - February 2016
We rented this condo for the first time during week of February 8, 2016 and had a an excellent experience and a good skiing vacation. Its a well equipped one bedroom condo that easily accommodates a couple or a family of four. Working with the owner, Rich, in the reservation process, obtaining the welcome packet and after hours check-in was flawless. The online pictures of the condo are accurate and its very comfortable. The condo is very reasonably priced when compared to similar properties which makes it an attractive vacation option. Pete

Exactly what we were looking for
Such a great place to stay! My friend and I went down for three nights to do some skiing last week and this is exactly what we were looking for. Check in after hours was easy. The place was clean and tons of hooks everywhere which I love! The internet and TV worked great. We loved having a kitchen with a dishwasher since we only went out for one meal to stay on budget. The shuttle to and from the base was very convenient, and the ski lockers right by the shuttle pickup were ideal. Hot tub and skiing were amazing! We will be back- thanks Rich!

Great time, felt like home.
I stayed in this wonderful unit 12/26/15 - 12/31/15. Check in was a breeze. The condo was clean and felt like I was home. The kitchen was well equipped.including spices and other items I usually forget. The shuttle stops almost in front of the building. The pool and steam rooms were a nice way to relax after a day of skiing.. The unit itself has a lot of hooks to dry your gear after a day on the slopes. All in all I enjoyed my time and would book again. Thank you
