We very much enjoyed our stay at Price Farm. My grandson loved seeing the chickens, goats (and baby goats), cows, and Ikey the little pony who trotted over for scratches and carrots.
You will have pretty much everything you need. Stove, microwave, grill (which we didn’t use so I don’t know how well it works), coffee pot (but no filters so bring your own), linens and towels, and a little shampoo, conditioner and soap was in the bathrooms. We also got fresh eggs from the chickens! One thing you may want that I didn’t find was a corkscrew, so we had to go buy one to open a bottle of wine. Oh, and there is no dishwasher, but there is a washer and dryer.
Rooms are as described. We had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. Each room had a closet and a dresser. Air conditioning worked beautifully. Water pressure in the showers was good. If you like a firm mattress, you will be happy. Mattresses are very, very firm.
Internet worked decently well most of the time. While trying to watch Netflix at night, there was a lot of buffering to wait through.
Keeping in mind we were on a farm, we expected bugs. However, we gave cleanliness 3 stars because there were a lot of cobwebs and dead bugs.
You will enjoy staying at Price Farm if you are happy with comfortable and no-frills.
