The apartment was better than expected. The property is quite old but has been maintained well and it appears that the bathroom has been refitted recently. Check in was very efficient and quick.

The property is part of a large resort including many buildings and shared infrastructure. Pools and beach areas are well maintained and pleasant. There are various bars and dining options on premises. There are activities for children. We also liked it being within walking distance (2.3 km) to Korcula Old Town, the ferry terminal (1 km) and a grocery store (across the street). The apartments (residences) are clean and reasonably well mantained but they start to look a bit dated. There is only one AC split unit for the whole apartment.

The property was nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean. Great location with water taxi’s available right in front of the property and a grocery store right across the street.

Great resort. They have everything yo need for a nice holiday. I met wonderful people, and a friend for life. Excellent breakfast and dinner. My room was lacking soap in the shower, but I survived.

The reception staff were very helpful. The apartment itself is nice and the pools are really nice with access to the sea (very small beaches). Two of the waiters in the restaurant were rude. The manager was very friendly but the restaurant is quite over priced for what it is. In general the outdoor areas are fairly dirty with litter around and just some bits are quite grubby. The kids entertainment in the evenings was very good, kids disco and clown show. Beautiful surroundings

OK stay
We have been in Korcula just for 1 night during our 2 week trip. This property is nice but to much troubles to stay for just 1 night. You will need to have a taxi from ferry and back to Old City. Property is huge and it is a lot of walking with heavy suite cases up and down stairs. Resort has a beach, but just a seaweed at the bottom. They charge $9 for beach chair, even so I paid over $160 for 1 night stay. Breakfast bar is excellent and it was the best part of stay. I will not recommend this place if you only stay for one night.

Everything was enough- decent size, peaceful, but had enough amenities. A mixture of natural beaches and swimming pools (not overcrowded) and proximity of Korcula town.

Great resort, we were out of season so lots of space and availability of everything. Receptions staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. We also had a massage which was great. Property a little on the worn side but great amenities for the price (we were cheaper as out of season)

The pool area is lovely, the hotel had lots of amenities however a number were shut (presumed because of season ending). The staff were all lovely. I was disappointed with the way the apartment was cleaned daily, or lack of. The towels were simply replaced and the bed made, no attempt to wipe down the sink/shower. The shower was also blocked so the basin filled as you showered, the shower also had a build up of grime. The accommodation was cheap and you definitely pay for the amenities, maybe it’s different in the main hotel? Anyway it did what we needed it to do for the time spent on Korčula.

The hotels amenities were nice, offering few pools and restaurants on site. However, restauraunts options are limited and way overpriced. The apartment is nice and specious, but does not include some mandatory things like an iron. When I called the reception to get one, they didn’t want to provide one but offered “ironing services” which are also overpriced. This is unacceptable. Nice resort, but we have been to many others even 5 starts all over Caribbean that are all inclusive and cheaper than this one. We wanted a resort with dining options but could’ve stayed at others in Korcula for this kind of money that at least included breakfast option.

We loved that Port 9 was between the old town and Lumbarda. Our room was clean but pretty small for 3 people (the big dining table and chairs took up a lot of space). Doors to the balcony were a little difficult to open, but overall great stay especially if you are planning something a little longer term. We loved that there is a car rental on site as well as golf cart that can take you into and back from old town, making it really easy to get around in a place where there is no uber/lyft.

It's a really interesting resort property in Korcula. There are a variety of rooms/stays available and the apartment was great for us. We weren't really using the resort that much so much as using the place as a base to do day trips. There is a grocery store RIGHT across the street which is fantastic. It's about a 25 minute walk to Korcula old town or about a 7 minute water taxi. I was pleasantly surprised by the property. It was very clean and well managed. I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed help or advice. I consider staying here again. But everyone should visit Korcula. The island really took my breath away.

In a lovely area close to the beach with a beautiful walk through woods to the old town. Very clean with excellent service. When we arrived it was cold and we turned on the heat pump. This didn't work and when we reported it to reception, we were immediately transferred to another apartment. Lovely and efficient staff! We very much enjoyed the stay and service :)

The premises was great- good restaurants on site, pools were great and clean. You have to get to pool early to get a Spot. Many activities that you could participate in- water aerobics, Kareoke night, movie night, tennis and more. Easy access to old town of korcula via water taxi or golf cart!

Second stay at port 9 and loved it again. Lots of development has been done on beachfront which looks fantastic. Everyone helpful and easy access to Old Town. Infinity pool is greatest feature and the most amazing view over the bay. Apartment rooms are basic and some minor repairs needed on shutter latches door handles but these by no means make the holiday less enjoyable. Only thing that could be improved is to have aircon in main room as can get quite stifling and little aircon can't cope to cool whole apartment. I will most definitely return though

Fantastic Stay
These apartments were lovely - superb value for money with everything we needed as a couple. Lovely little resort and super easy to get a boat ride or nice 25-30 minute walk around the coast path to the old town. Didn't eat in the resort restaurants so can't comment, but the drinks were a fair price for a resort and the big supermarket just across the road helped keep catering costs down. The on site diving centre was brilliant and we dived 3 days in the crystal clear water but snorkelling here is really easy too. The pools are lovely (I personally liked that one was sea water rather than chlorine though some guests didn't really register this and thought the natural sand residue was dirt) Korcula is GLORIOUS. A perfect little island with enough to do but not crowded at all in September. The cleaning staff are amazing and friendly - we loved being greeted by them as they passed. All the resort staff I met were extremely helpful and professional - the cleaners even brought us washing up liquid left by a previous guest when we explained we really didn't want to buy a whole new bottle for a 5 day stay where we'd only be cooking breakfasts.

Fantastic apartments
We had a fantastic stay at Port 9 Apartments. The apartment itself was modern, spacious and very clean. The facilities were fantastic, everything we needed for our stay and a lovely spacious balcony. We did not eat at the resort but found everything else fantastic. Pool area is very clean with ample space, beach areas are beautiful. Around 25 mins easy walk into Korcula and the bus to Lumbarda goes past the front of the hotel. For a self catering stay, we found the resort to be perfect.

Modern clean two bed apartment
Lovely modern apartments which look exactly like the photos! Very clean. We had a two bedroom apartment and both rooms had two singles pushed together so we could push them apart for our two boys! Also two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen with dining table and sofa. Also a balcony but being on the ground floor and with a huge tree outside it didn’t get much sun! Lovely swimming pools and we got sunloungera by the pool every day although with two young kids we were up and by the pool by 9am. Reserving sun beds with towels is a big problem. Reception were very helpful with advice for trips/ buses and water taxis. We took the bus to Lumbarda with a lovely beach and the warmest water. Also used the frequent water taxis to Korcula old town in the evenings and reception arranged the electric golf buggy taxi to take us back to the ferry terminal at ththe end of our stay. Overall a great 6 night stay.

Excellent Location
Port 9 apartments and resort are located in an excellent spot for families to enjoy Korcula and its old town. We stayed for 4 nights with a 9 year old in August, having island hopped for the previous two weeks. The resort has clearly had a recent refurbishment and is now rated 4 star. We assume because of the facilities it offers. Management team were visible inspecting site. The apartment was as shown in photos, clean and comfortable. The sitting room area is smaller than it appears in photos. But - the resort in general does not "feel" like a 4 star experience. There is still a lot of investment needed in the communal areas and gardens. Service in some places such as pools and bar area not 4 star. We came away feeling a bit confused. We are happy to stay in all types of accommodation from no stars to 5 and we do. Our review is based on experience and value for money and not about only wanting the best! If you go with a view that this is 3 star with good facilities then you won't be disappointed. Pros - great location, family friendly (our daughter loved it), modern clean apartments, some good facilities Cons- some areas are still shabby and waiting for investment, service is hit and miss.

Great family apartment.
We stayed in a 2 bedroomed apartment. Spacious with living and kitchen area and small terrace. Bonus of second bathroom which we hadn't expected. Way nicer than the photos on the website. Access to main hotel pools which is great. Reception staff, particularly the main man, excellent and so so helpful. Close to ferry and there's a supermarket over the road. Next to beach and walkway into Korcula old town.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y las instalaciones del resort. También nos gustó mucho la tranquilidad que había, la terraza, y la atención amable de los empleados. Como aspectos de mejora, los apartamentos son algo antiguos y vendría bien una renovación, sobre todo en cocina y salón. Además el salón-cocina es muy pequeño y pondría una mesa más pequeña (la que hay ocupa demasiado en proporción con el tamaño del salón). En la cocina echaba en falta que no había jabón para platos.
