It could be better
They promise tv and cable but the tv was not working since 2012 as there is a sign saying so. Also, the towels were so wore out that one can see thru; also, no daily cleaning there, in fact not even once in 11 days. The wifi signal it was really weak. The owner or manager not a great customer service. Too many things to mention.

The 2012 is mean the date bought. TV working before you arrived. You moved the TV table position cause the tv cable broken then tv not working. You can always request to change tower .If you want to service your room you have to tell the staff but you never . The staff do not enter your room without your premission. Wifi is strong at the reception area because the modem at that area. you never contact or communicate with the manager or the staff during your stay, otherwise you will not have all these problem. Need to fight to have toilet paper
When we ask for toilet paper they say that it's impossible to provide us some because the cleaning person was not there that day. Need to ask the manager for a refund before they find a way to find toilet paper in this big city. Also have to flight with cockroach since there are many in the room.

You should give the hotel 5 stars because the hotel is as good as 5 Stars hotel standard but at only 2 stars prices
