Worst like everything is terrible customer service are extremely terrible , people are rude customer service are not friendly and not helpful. The room has no towel and dirty.

Towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes and other toiletries are a breeze for star-rated hotels, but in our small hotel it is one of the costs and a consumable. This kind of cheap and beautiful economic hotel often has the biggest advantage in price and location. The toiletries provided are part of the cost of the hotel, so there is no initiative to provide toiletries and towels, or there are charges; on the contrary, it is considered that there is no hotel that provides toiletries. Isn't this too unfair? . But this is not a difficult time for us to succeed. On the contrary, we are more flexible in handling toiletries. Most of the employees in Hong Kong pay attention to environmental protection and they also have their own toiletries. If you really don't bring it, you can ask at the front desk and we will try our best to equip our guests with their supplies.

Good location, near the MTR, shopping spot, famous landmarks. Some rooms don’t have windows and bathroom is too small. The building is very old so elevator broken sometimes. Overall this hotel is ok and has a reasonable price.
Worse more than I think.
Everything is much different from the picture.

Hong Kong has a lot of land and prices are at the forefront of the world. As the operator of the reception, we understand that this equivalent price (such as the exchange of US dollars) is already the price of star-rated hotels in many foreign countries. They told to vacate 11.00 am new place to me to return back 30 minutes late I requested but they didn't listen and charged 50 dollars without receipt by threatening my 50 USD deposit this is not correct
When online it was mentioned 2.00 pm check in and 12.00 noon check out and u stayed one night only even I paid two days because of missed the connecting flight but paid two days in advance
But they didn't consider the front office man collected money without add in receipt and didn't give the receipt also

Our hotel has been in the Mirador Building for over 40 years and has been accompanying the traditional tourist area of Tsim Sha Tsui for a long time. Despite its long history, it has indirectly a geographical advantage. For example, 10 minutes walk to Star Ferry, Harbour City or China Hong Kong City, Avenue of Stars, etc.; subway station D2 exit 20 meters walk to the entrance of the building; airport bus station 10 minutes walk. If you have specific requirements, please remind the waiter before check-in to facilitate the transfer of the room and reduce misunderstandings.

Checkout time stated noon when we booked the room, but was asked to check out before 11am. Room is terribly small, could not even open up our luggage. Hair dryer is fixed at a corner of a wall without mirror n had to knee on bed to use it. Worst room i ever stayed.... :(

Its a bit hard to find the check in counter at first. but it was actually quite easy. just go to the lift in front of innisfree.
the room was clean, and comfortable with reasonable price. only the mirror inside the toilet was a bit high for Asian girl (<165cm). haha..

Thank you for your review. The Mirador Building has stood up in the traditional tourist area—Tsim Sha Tsui has been around for more than half a century. The years have not eliminated the building, but it has achieved geographical advantages. It takes only 20 meters to walk from the D2 exit of the subway station and 45 minutes to the airport bus. Nearby famous attractions include Harbour City, Victoria Harbour and Avenue of Stars, all within a 10-minute walk.
The problem of land prices in Hong Kong and the shortage of people and land has always been a difficult problem for the Hong Kong Government. Some sources said that some Hong Kong three-person families only live in a cubicle of about six square meters. They even share the restrooms, kitchens, etc. with others, but the monthly rent has already cost thousands of dollars. Although the Hong Kong rooms are generally "small but small" but "completely".
As an economic type hotel we offer, we will also face difficulties. For example, if the guest needs a slightly larger room, it is recommended to inform the front desk in advance or upgrade the room. If you have any enquiries, please feel free to contact the staff.

For the money, and the location, I can't imagine there would be very many better options. Finding the hotel can be a little daunting, but that's Hong Kong.

Hello, Peter thank you for your nice comment, We located at the very great location which is only 1 mins walking distance to Exit D of MTR station. Nearby have any shopping mall, difference restaurant. Our aims is provide the affordable, comfortable, safe accommodation to the subject customer. They hostel in Hong Kong is located at old style building and all room are separate form the apartment, so all the customer room are not very big. For the future customer reminder, our reception and the room are not located at the same floor. Upon arrival, please come and visit our reception: ( Flat C2, 13/F, Mirador Mansion . Hope can see you again =)
I checked in with a few friends. They got newer renovated rooms but I got a fairly old room. This was disappointing but the room was still good enough to sleep in. It's located in Mirador Mansion, which is a lot less shadier than Chungking Mansion but still feels like a sliver of a 2nd world country located in a 1st world city. It was, however, a huge culture shock to my girlfriend who was of a fairly wealthy background and she is adamant to never stay here again. The surrounding area turns into a cyberpunk dystopia after midnight and you will get a bad first impression of HK if you arrive late.

Thanks for your comment. We tried to find your booking but failed and probably you used others' name for reservation, therefore we don't know which room you stayed. Normally we arrange the room according the room types you booked. For hot shower, it's only closed during the afternoon from 12-7pm (which most of the guests are not in the room), but if you really want to take a shower, you could come to reception to request and we are happy to switch on for you. HK is famous for its expensive land and properties. Therefore, if you choose hostels, all the hostels are located in the old building, especially those located in the prime location. But you can get a much fair price comparing to the hotels (e.g. 3 star hotel in the same area could be 3 times more expensive). You came in Feb so it's Winter in HK, it's normal for you to feel humid as HK is nearby the equator which is humid area. Sorry that you think our AC is not clean enough and we will keep an eye on our housekeepers. Thank you for your kind reminder. Just a little suggestion, if your girlfriend is from wealthy background, i wouldn't suggest you to book hostels in Asia, please book 4-5 stars hotel to avoid any unexpected disappointment.
I stayed here for a quick 12 hours before catching an early flight the next day. It wasn't economical to stay at the other hotel I had been at. For the price in the location it was fine for those 12 hours. But if I'd had to stay any longer I wouldn't have. Room was quick claustrophobic. Decor very dated. Bed had bugs on it. Shower cold. And the guy at reception had apparently upgraded me so god knows what room I was supposed to be in.

Isn't it a good thing to have upgraded you so that you could have a good rest for this 12 hours in HK? We just want you to have a happy and convenient stay here. There are always better choices around the area if you have more budget, there are 4-5 stars hotel just in walking distance, i guess it's all up to your expectation of what you pay for. Some guests get disappointed or irritated just becoz they did not have done a lot of research and pick the hotel based on the price only or the score only. We would suggest guests to look at as much details as you can so that you will choose one that close to your expectation and the score you give won't surprise the hotels.

It was not too bad, the room was too smal, I have never been in a hotel room for that size. The next day the room service personnel didn't fixe the bed, they just folded the blankets and took my drinks away, I went to explain to the manager but he was too busy to listen to my concern. The personnel from the desk were nice. Overall it was ok

We always suggest guests to look into details before they book so as to avoid misunderstanding (don't just look at price or reviews, but overall details). Our housekeepers usually just clean the floors and toilet and clean the rubbish bin for staying room, if you want to change the bed linen or fix the bedding, you can tell us in the reception and we will follow up. Cheap is shady.
Cheap if the only thing this place has going for it. Shady neighborhood, ugly and uncomfortable rooms. But I guess that's what you get for cheap in HK! I paid slightly more for a MUCH nicer place on HK Island, which was a much cleaner, quieter and more convenient place.
We had a pleasant stay at 3D Inn! The room looks exactly like the pictures. The size is definitely a plus. The location is convenient, just a short walk from Victoria harbour and MTR / bus stop to from the airport is just around the corner. Will book this place again.

후기가 안좋아서 기대를 많이 안하고 갔는데 생각했던것 보다는 좋았습니다. 혼자 가는 여행이라 사전조사를 많이 하고 갔는데 평이 안좋더라구요. 그래서 제가 봤던 후기들 중심으로 적어봅니다. 혼자가는 분들이나 저렴한 여행 가시는 분들께 도움 됐으면 합니다.
1. 시설이 낙후되고 인도인?이 많아서 치안이 안 좋다.
-아닙니다. 이 숙소는 미라도 맨션에 있고 미라도 맨션 바로 옆에 청킹맨션이 있어요. 제가 길을 잘못들어서 청킹맨션에 들어갔는데 분위기가 확 다르더라구요. 후기에서 봤던 인도인?이 많고 지나가는 사람 붙잡고 호객행위도 하고 무서웠어요. 미라도 맨션은 아닙니다. 일정 다 끝나고 매번 밤늦게 숙소로 갔는데 치안 괜찮았어요. 엘리베이터에도 cctv 다 있어요.
2. 수압이 약하고 온수가 15분만 나온다.
-샤워기 수압은 셉니다. 차가운물 미지근한물 뜨거운물 다 잘나와요. 샤워를 30분 정도 했는데 온수 계속 썼습니다. 다만 변기 수압은 좀 약하고 세면대 물은 정말 쫄쫄 나와요.
3. 더럽고 벌레가 많다.
-청결상태 양호합니다. 나갔다가 들어오면 쓰레기통 다 비워져있고 시트도 깨끗해요. 그런데 욕실 하수구 이물질 제거는 안해주시더라구요. 벌레는 케바케지만 저는 3박 묵으면서 한번도 못봤습니다.
그 외에 사용한 수건을 카운터에 반납해야 새 수건으로 바꿔준다던지 엘리베이터에 항상 사람이 많다는 건 불편합니다. 그래도 건물 곳곳에 엘리베이터가 많아서 잘 찾아다니면 기다리지 않고 바로바로 탈 수 있어요. 카운터 청년도 정말정말 친절하고 3박 잘 묵었습니다. 무엇보다 위치가 너무 좋아요. 침사추이역 d번 출구로 나오면 바로 숙소에요. 보증금은 한국돈 50000원이나 500홍콩달러 받아요. 보증금 카드로 결제하신 분들은 보증금 못 돌려받았다는 얘기가 많은데 현금은 체크아웃 때 바로 돌려받아요.
그런데 제가 디럭스 더블룸으로 예약했는데 혼자라 방을 작게 준건지 디럭스 더블룸은 아니었던 것 같은... 이것만 빼면 나름 좋았습니다. 다음 여행때도 재이용 의사 있습니다.
보증금은 한국돈 50000원이나 500홍콩달러 받아요. 보증금 카드로 결제하신 분들은 보증금 못 돌려받았다는 얘기가 많은데 현금은 체크아웃 때 바로 돌려받아요.

I went to Hong kong last month (September 9th, 2018) For the location of the hostel is really good. The staff of the hotel is friendly and understand and speak English as well. In that time. I went checked in at the time you shown but the reception said that room weren’t available (2 pm) must to wait till 4 pm. He suggested me to upgrade the room for the better room that had windows. It’s okay because I didn’t want to wait anymore. After that the staff told me to paid for the deposit of the keycard 500 HKD. If I paid via the card. the deposit will refund to the card but if i paid by cash. I will get the refund when I checked out. I must to leaf the hotel early because my flight was in the morning and its before the reception open. I preferred paid via my debit card. the staff told me the deposit will be release within 2-6 weeks...I tried to contact the hotel after 6 weeks later. they told me next Monday...next next and next. from that day I still don’t get any deposit from this hotel. what the exactly Monday I can get my money. Such a bad experience for HK first time.

We always recommend that guests use Hong Kong dollars or other equivalent foreign currency cash as a deposit. If there is no cash, they will also accept credit card pre-authorization. Under normal circumstances, the use of UnionPay credit card refund time is shorter, the use of VISA / MASTER credit card for a longer period of time, the bank recommended time is about one month for "thaw". If the customer does not have cash and uses a credit card instead, please note that the pre-authorization is only "freezing" but there is no charge. On individual banks' monthly statements, there may not be a charge or refund record, but it does not mean that there is no refund, but it depends on the refund of individual banks. We always recommend that you bring your own cash, if you do not need to use a credit card for pre-authorization.

귀중한 의견에 감사드립니다. 침사 추이 (Tsim Sha Tsui)의 번화 한 중심지에서 40 년을 지내기 란 쉽지 않지만 모든 국제 여행객에게 경제적이고 편리한 호텔을 계속 제공하기를 희망합니다.
새롭고 오래된 객실은 스탠다드 룸과 디럭스 룸으로 나뉘어져 있습니다. 물론 디럭스 룸 시설은 스탠다드 룸보다 최신이므로 가격은 다양합니다. 손님은 필요 사항과 예산 등을 고려하여 예약을하고 오해가 발생하지 않도록 적절한 룸 종류를 생각해 두는 것이 좋습니다.
끊임없이 변화하는 시대에, 우리는 또한 "부티크"객실을 제공하고 손님들은 세부 사항을 참조하실 것을 환영합니다. 문의 사항이 있으시면 언제든지 프론트 데스크에 문의하십시오.

All staff that I've experienced were kind and helpful. The room was ok to sleep, clean and decent enough. Nevertheless, bear in mind that the building is resident building, therefore, it's somehow look creepy. Elevators were so confused but u will get used to it afterall. Overall ok.
宾馆在美丽园大厦,那边印度人比较多,check in 的时候,工作人员态度都很好,说我一个女生就帮我安排在她们办公室同一层对面的房间。他们是旗下有很多不同类型的酒店。加了80港币升级了房间,其实就是多了个小窗户,没多大意义。。。美丽园大厦就是买珍妮小熊曲奇的地方,楼下就是尖沙咀地铁站,很方便。我晚上10点肚子饿还下楼去711买了点吃的,虽然是有几个印度人聚在那。。。但还好没找麻烦。。总体来说这个价位可以了。离海港城,DFS, K11都很近!
