The beds were very comfortable; loved that they gave you one big pillow and one smaller one. The staff was very helpful always. It was also a very convenient location.

The Hotel was excellent, but unfortunately, there are roadworks going on at the moment outside the Hotel. These didn't cause us any major issues. The Hotel and staff were excellent, would recommend it.

Close to old town
Hotel location is very good to old tow and royal castle. Clem romm, comfy bed, super good top floor restaurant and very kind and supportive staff. I stayed there few times in last 7 years. They still keep high standard. Recommendable.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Reception area, dining area and bar area were beautifully decorated. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had a great choice. Everything was in walking distance.

The staff at the Hotel Kossak were great, from the beginning of our stay to the end of our stay. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport, each morning they served a delicious 5-star breakfast, and when we departed at 3am for an early morning flight they insisted to prepare a very large sack breakfast for us to take with us. All the staff speaks English. Recommend the hotel to anyone who likes great service, reasonable prices, safe location, and easy access to the old downtown area. Will definitely stay there again when I return to Krakow next year!

Clean , comfortable , ideal location for exploring Krakow . Restaurant food is decent quality but nothing super duper but perfectly good. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Wonderful reception staff, delicious breakfast buffet, amazing dry sauna. The only recommendation would be for the staff in Orangeria and the breakfast room: put more smiles on your face! :)

A lovely stay at the Kossak Hotel; staff were super friendly and professional, room was nice and clean (with a heated mirror in the bathroom). Breakfast buffet was superb, fittness room was basic but clean and with a nice treadmill, sauna was amazing! A lovely roof top restaurant with a terrace overlooking the Royal Castle served the most amazing salad with a mix of veggies, fruit, and halloumi cheese. It was my second stay at this hotel, and I will certainly be back.

Fabulous hotel
Convenient location for Wawel Castle and a 10 minute walk to the main square. Room was very spacious and I especially liked the Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel offered an incentive of a free drink in the bar if you did not need to have your room cleaned - this was such a great idea and I took advantage of this twice during my stay. The rooftop restaurant was also really good and I would recommend trying the risotto. I made a reservation earliee in the afternoon so that I could get a table outside on the terrace as the sun was setting.

We would stay here again!
The Hotel Kossak is a great place for your stay in Krakow. The location is close to the river, a 15 minute walk to Old Town, and close to the castle. The staff is very friendly and many of the employees speak English. The front desk employees will gladly arrange a taxi for you, answer your questions about Krakow and they even opened the dining room early on our checkout day since we had an early flight. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely hotel, a few minutes walk from the city centre which suited us (less noise), Standard Room was more than adequate, breakfast excellent, all staff polite and helpful, spotless, very little to fault with this hotel. Restaurant meal with views over the city lovely, excellent service. Excellent value for money so we would return again.

Fantastic stay in Krakow
We stayed in a lovely room with fantastic views to the river and castle. The staff were always friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast had a full variation of hot and cold foods including continental style to suit all tastes. The rooftop restaurant with views to the castle and river served wonderful meals at reasonable prices. A good selection of restaurants in the area and the Old Town centre only 10 minutes walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay in Hotel Kossak and would recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The hotel is a bit worn down, the balconies are crawling with spiders, the breakfast is low quality, dull and the very same every day. The surroudings are extremly noisy in the night

Great stay with some extra sun light
Everything was great, except for the curtains which don't really block any light in the morning and caused us to wake up at around 7 AM.. Please change them 🙂 other than that we really enjoyed the hotel!

We stayed here for five nights in April while visiting Krakow. This hotel is the perfect location for what we wanted and we enjoyed a wonderful stay. Can't say enough good things about it and would recommend to anyone. We had one of the apartments on the corner of the building and the views of the castle all lit up at night were just beautiful.

Lovely clean hotel, staff very welcoming and breakfast was good. Only downfall were the pillows weren’t very good and the curtains were just for decoration so didn’t close. This hotel was only 5-10 mins walk from the centre

Wonderful Stay
We had an excellent experience at Hotel Kossak! Our check in process was as easy as can be, and the woman that helped us provided brochures and maps to help us have the best experience possible in Krakow. The staff was available at all hours of the day to assist us in any matter. We could not have had a better experience. Also, you will see in other reviews that the double bed is two single mattresses pushed together, but the beds are so comfortable that this will not be a problem. The amenities in the room and within the entire hotel are incredible and very clean. It is within a short walking distance to all the best areas of Krakow. I would definitely recommend staying at Hotel Kossak.

We had a wonderful stay at Kossak. The staff were very friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. The reception staff organised airport transfers, a trip to Auschwitz/ Birkenau and they even arranged for the restaurant to stay open slightly later so we could grab a bite to eat after our late night flight. Plus as a gluten free traveller, the restaurant had plenty of options available! We had a fantastic view from our room overlooking the castle, the room was clean and very comfortable.

Nice stay. We did request a Gluten Free Breakfast, however the choices there for bread only had one choice, so a little disappointing. But overall a nice stay and friendly staff. Clean nice rooms.

Very helpful staff, we got extra tea bags to the room and help with internet. Breakfast was superb, great selection and choice. The little square of ginger cake were superb and not too sweet. The restaurant on the top floor served very good food. Highly recommended.
