Cheap win
For the price of this hotel it's a win win win. It has a nice pool, a nice sauna, you can skip the restaurant inside (food was above average in price and below average in flavor). There's parking and you're close to downtown, just uber it's super cheap.

Great Stay
the hotel was great in every way for our needs, the only 2 down sides was it seemed to cater for Germans, we were the only English people the whole time there, and also the room we had was very noisy as the hotel was right next to a main road and out room faced this road but as we did so much during the day we did sleep well, just woke up a bit earlier than we wanted

Enjoyable stay.
This is an ideal hotel to stay in as a base for going out sightseeing and visiting places like Auschwitz and Wieliczka salt mine. Staff were very helpful. The restaurant with extremely good value and good traditional Polish food. The breakfast with substantial with a wide selection of meats cheese cereals yoghurt etc. The hotel has secure underground parking .what's on the main road into Krakow so easy transport links.

The good: Room and hotel was clean Room was big Staff very good and helpful The bad: Limited choice on menu and a lot of things they did not even have. Could not buy any sugar free drinks all out of stock (not everyone wants to fill themselves with processed sugar) Was even same in vending machine. Gym and bar had strange opening times as was closed during the day. No food at all after 11pm which is bad. Internet not so reliable The ugly: The weird pool guy that works there

Nice simple and clean hotel
couldnt have asked for a better place to stay for our first trip to Poland, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the food was great! Very simple but all we needed was a comfortable and warm room to sleep in! Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool as we were so tired from exploring the city but it looked great and also very clean! Only 10 minutes out of the city with regular buses across the way next to a small market and taxis were easy to get hold of and not expensive! Highly recommend this is you are looking for a base to explore the city

Nice hotel pleasant staff
The hotel itself is about 10-15 minutes outside of Krakow but there is an excellent taxi service which is cheap too. Approx £6-£8 into the centre of Krakow. Staff are very pleasant and will do anything they can to assist you. Rooms basic but clean and clean towels provided daily. Only sorry did not have time to try the pool as only open at night. Overall good value for money

Nice budget class hotel. Very good location, not far from city center. Room furnished very simply, no posh furniture. Which is good if you only staying for a sleep. There is free wi-fi, sauna and pool.

You get what you pay for
Overall the hotel public areas are cleanish but the hotel guests rooms could do with a deep clean. Dust on headboard and dressing table. Stale water left in kettle from previous guests and the final nail dirty floor in the bathroom. On the upside the pool area was supervised and clean towels provided.

Overall, a good experience & i would recommend the hotel. Food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced as was the breakfast. We went when the weather was cool so the absence of air conditioning wasnt too troublesome- but if you are visiting in summer then it may be a problem. Having to keep the windows open in the night meant that loud traffic noises often woke you. The reason i recommend the hotel is the rooms are big and spacious, clean and neat & service at the hotel is great. The staff were helpful and kind ( i was travelling with elderly parents) . I would stay here again, noise and all, if i go back to Krakow

More than expected.
The room was bigger than expected and quite newly furnished. TV was very small and was not working. 15 minutes by bus to the Wawel castle and 15 minutes more walk. Ticket automat in the bus stop. Free car parking, wifi. Breakfast simple standard buffet. Restaurant quite cheap and good enough, desserts seemed very attractively served on the plate.

Nice hotel in a bad location
We stayed one night for a quick stay after s late flight. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was big with an ok bed and clean. We wanted to order pizza but they refused to help us at front desk. Pool was nice but was expected a hot tub as well. TV was small and didn't work. Worst part of the stay: in the morning they said breakfast was 8-10 so we went down. I personally don't eat anything for breakfast so I had juice and took an apple on to find out AFTERWARDS that you had to pay. We were obviously furious about the 50 zl charge for someone who didn't even eat. And for that reason alone and how they treated us with this situation is why my rating is so low.

Nice low cost hotel,outskirts of Krakow, good food
Weekend stay, nice hotel on outskirts of the town with easy bus ride to the centre. Did not use the swimming pool as only had limited time. Swimming pool omly open in the evening. We arrived late and had a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant.

Great hotel not in the centre but good links
The staff all speak great English and this hotel is superb value. A short bus ride gets you to the town and a ticket for 72 hours travel on public transport is a few pounds.

The room was basic. Very loud. Our room faced the main Street and we heard noise from traffic all night, and curtains did not block out light. Food in the only restaurant was limited and service was poor.

I have stayed at this hotel many times it is basic but is value for money it is close enough by taxi to town and it costs 20-30 pln either way.The hotel has a small pool but it only opens after 5pm.Dont expect anything fancy but it is great for the price and the staff are really helpful and friendly.

This hotel is basci yet it is adequate for your needs there is a sauna small pool and gym though they only open from 5 to 11 pm and these needs addressed..The hotel is 5 klms from the town yet only 23 or so pln for a taxi never attempt the walk as its a dangerous road.The staff are pleasent exceptionally friendly with perfect english.It is not the ritz but it is great value for money and it will no doubt develop in time be sure to take a card to show the taxi drivers as there are 3 hotel systems in Krakow.They serve breakfast which i think is pricey but they do food and the bar is open from 4 til 12 all and all value for money.

I have stayed at this hotel many times it is clean basic yet has a pool sauna and gym which open at 5pm too late for me and something they need to address.It is 5klm from the city center yet just 6 or 7 euros to town so make the trip once a day any it by far makes up for not being closer to town on your pocket.The staff are friendly helpful and professional at all times it is a no hassle easy stay in basic yet comfortable surroundings dont expect the world but do expect value for 25 pound per night.

The hotel is a bit out-of the city, but we enjoyed commuting on bus 537 daily to the Glowny Dworzec for our daily adventur My husband was very happy that the Reception staff spoke English. Overall, we both enjoyed our stay and the swimming pool & sauna were a nice plus.

This hotel suited my purposes. It was a ten minute walk from my relatives home, who were the reason for my visit. The first night I found it hard to sleep as my room was over the main hotel entrance where people were having a drink etc. I wanted an early night. So I asked to be moved somewhere far away from the entrance. My second night was fine from the quietness point of view. However, none of the power outlets were operational. Lights were fine. As it happens, this did not cause me any inconvenience, but if I had need to recharge camera or ipod or computer batteries, this would have been a problem. Every room is supposed to have complementary email access. Each room has a computer. In my first room, the computer had no keyboard so was unusable. In my second room, as mentioned above, there was no power. So the computer could not be used. The provision of a pc is not something one would expect in a hotel these days, so I didn't have a problem with this. I was able to check emails on my ipod via the free wi-fi service. The rooms do not have air conditioning so the rooms might be a little on the warm side in hot weather. This hotel is some distance from the city centre. Fine if you have a reason to be in the area, as I did, or if you have your own car/coach transport to take you into town. All in all a nice hotel. Friendly staff. Just a few little tweaks and it would have been perfect. It was absolutely fine for my purposes.

Very nice hotel, shame about the location.
Out of city hotel which took us a while to find (Satnav + Address didn't help, so the old school of using a map!). However once we (eventually) arrived we were pleasantly surprised. Rooms were comfortable. Supermarket nearby. City a short drive to the centre. Swimming pool was inside which was a shame (I wanted outside to get my tan on). There is still construction work going on around the hotel but this didn't impact us what so ever. Reception spoke very good English.

A quiet place in a good neighbourhood.
The hotel staff were very helpful. The amenities in the room need improvement. Not much of tolietteries. I had to ask for a Kettle(even though they had the coffee, tea and sugar sachets). However, these are minor inconveniences. By and large, I would gladly recommend this hotel.

We loved the computer in the room with free Internet access. Great place for the price. The fitness center and pool were added bonuses. Staff was friendly. Hotel was a bit outside the city center, but not far from bus stops.
