check in 30 july 23.1day.I was disappointed with my first stay in Room 612. Upon entering the room, I noticed many ants running around the edges of the table and the tea-making area. The room floor was also not clean

great hotel with great price
the facilites and aminities was great with very low price. the room view is superb. i also really enjoy the breakfast. kudos to the cooks. overall, this hotel is my favourate hotel to stay for business trip. very affordable price. the only thing i hope they will improve is the wifi (oftenly will have interference. especially after 9pm). and tv service. always have connection problem. other than that, superb

Very pleasant and helpful staff. The food is very good. The location is ideal. Only thing is the wifi doesn't work, and the bidet tap is slightly leaking making the bathroom floor wet all the time. If these are fixed, I'd say this hotel is perfect for me thanks.

I like the vibrant color in the room.bright green color..all amenities are there..the first step in the room i can say wow for 4 star hotel..one of favorite property if i travel to Kuantan.only breakfast effect my good review as the breakfast only so,so..f&b should improve on the taste of the food..overall i am satisfied and meet my expectations..tq

Awesome stay!
My partner and I stayed only for a night and it was awesome. I literally have no negative comment to give. The staffs were friendly and professional. Check in and out were smooth, room and toilet were clean, tidy and no weird smell at all. Love the variety of food that they served during breakfast. Ample space for guests to park their rides and hotel is very near to the town as well!

i love the location which is just beside river. furthermore, the green theme of room very calm and soothing. The bed and pillows are very good. Only the room key card is something was not during my stay. Not sure only my room has this issue. As i need swap more 10 times to get the room door to open. Other than that, the room was super good. i would sure stay again.

The view was indeed great. Really enjoy the breakfast and also their cafe below called Micasa. The location is really central, located conveniently near to the local cafes like Tjantek, Coasters and also Kula Bakes. Theres a nearby Pasar Malam which you can try out some of their local delights. The room service is good too. Even though the room wasnt so spotless, but it is definitely bang in a buck worth it. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

It is disappointed. There is no more Cantonese TV programme ( Astro Wah lai Toi). IMany others sport and local progromme still exist. Im really dont understand why take out the Cantonese channel. I think myself and many guests will not stay this hotel again if the TV programme not good
