We enjoyed our time at Puri Pandawa, especially the lovely gardens & swimming pool. Our room was comfortable & clean. The resort is away from the hustle & bustle of much of Bali, in an area that is just being developed. The staff were very helpful & the shuttle bus to the beach was handy. Food was good & reasonably priced. There are only 2 small shops nearby where you can get water & snacks, so we had most meals at the resort.

See, My family and I arrived at 7.30pm to find that we had no room. First told that they didnt receive booking from Expedia, then they were full. We got bumped to a hotel block next door, next to restaurant, ground floor, and a view of wall/barbed wire, and was extremely noisy and three of us shared a bed. At 11.30pm we complained and had another room, with a view (and noise) of pool and a rubbish tip/road. We cannot get refund as Puri Pandawa will not respond to Expedia to confirm we didnt stay. To put it nicely, our annual holiday was ruined, and I cried the entire time..we were all exhausted from the lack of sleep, and totally ripped off by this Resort. Do not recommend at all.

Puri Pandawa is worth the stay!
Puri Pandawa is a fabulous ‘boutique’ resort. The staff were extremely friendly, and very quick to offer suggestions of where to go for a day trip. They also offered a great price for their driver to take me to Sunday’s Beach Club and to drop me off at my next hotel. The area is currently under development (Pandawa Beach looks like it will be growing in the next several months), but the beach is still largely trafficked by locals. You can get a beach lounge no problem. The villa I stayed in was great, very private and quiet at night. The pool was lovely, perfect to cool down in. There isn’t a lot of close by restaurants (not walking distance, really) but their onsite restaurant was quite nice. I highly recommend Puri Pandawa!

외딴곳에 위치, 큰벌레들이 너무 많음
위치 아주 별로, 주변에 아무것도 없는 산속이라 차가 없으면 아무곳도 못감. 호텔에서 제공하는 판다와비치 셔틀 기사는 계속 투어상품을 강매함. 밤7시~9시 사이 큰벌레들이 불빛일 보고 떼지어 수영장과 방안으로 들어옴. 프론트 직원은 친절함

We firstly would like to appreciate your sharing about the experience staying at Puri Pandawa Resort. Our manager have carefully investigate about flying termites (swarmers) during your stay. The report inform us that the swarmers is now a lot in Bali (and also around the area of Puri Pandawa Resort), but it is not dangerous. Now, the rain is about to start, and the adult termite go out from the nest. When they fly, they usually fly to the light or lamp. In tropical countries like Bali, swarmers are common. Now our team trying to take action to minimize the disturbance of the swarm, i.e shut the door and windows in the evening, turn off out side lamp until the swarmers fly away. chambre en hauteur.
Le personnel est très bien et les chambres sont très belles. une navette gratuite pour la plage et un service de location de scooter dans l’hôtel car très excentré. Seulement 3 nuits pour nous dans cet hôtel mais malheureusement c'étaient les dernières car nous rentrions en France. Le petit déjeuner est limité à la carte et la vue depuis les chambres est à oublier, des travaux et des travaux.... Ils n'y sont pour rien mais dans votre choix c'est important. Bon voyage.
