Avis mitigé, quelques points positifs mais l’hôtel se dégrade et la salle de bain n’est vraiment pas bien. Points positifs : Très bon accueil. L’hôtel nous a gentiment attendu jusqu’à 22h suite à un retard de vol (arrivée max 20h). Nous avons prévenu un agent hotel.com via le chat qui a vu en direct avec l’hôtel. L’hôtel est à une dizaine de minute en voiture du volcan. De l’extérieur il est jolie, en pleine nature. Les chambres ont toutes vues sur le volcan, très sympa. Il y a une climatisation qui refroidit la chambre en une dizaine de minute. La literie est confortable. Serviettes de douche fournies. Petit déjeuner entre 7h30 et 9h30. Bon, juste ce qu’il faut : Café, jus d’orange, riz avec pois, œuf brouillé, saucisse et pain. 1 entrée offertes aux bains de chaudes Relax : endroit très très sympa, pleins de petite piscines avec température différente eau milieu de la nature. Points à améliorer : Il manque un banc ou une armoire pour poser ses vêtements (juste une table, 2 chaises et 1 tabouret). Les rideaux sont trop petit et il fait donc jour dès le lever du soleil (prévoir cache œil). La piscine et l’hôtel sont juste à côté de la route qui va au volcan, fenêtres mal insonorisées (beaucoup de passage de voiture dès 5-6h, donc prévoir boule quies). La salle de bain est trop vieillissante et mal entretenue : fourmis, araignée, rideau avec de la moisissure, contenant pour se laver les mains à changer, très forte odeur de mauvaise aération. L’hôtel aurait besoin d’amour…décor désuet, vieil edifice, chambres nues (pas de verres à boire, pas de glace, etc.). La vue est belle et le déjeuner est bon malgré que le lait pour le café était en poudre? L’hôtesse ne parlait que l’espagnol mais était tres gentille et patiente.
