Disappointed but made the best of it
"The whole point of this trip was to get away with family and enjoy a private pool and bbq area. The disappointment when we saw that the pool was murky and dirty and probably hadn’t been cleaned in a while, was real! I am embarrassed to say we swam in the pool regardless of it looking gross. Dec 27, 2019We had some issues in our casita, I.e. fireplace and the coffee pot didn’t work. The maintenance people took care of the coffee pot but couldn’t fix the fireplace. The hotel compensated us very well. Even with the mishaps I would stay here again!
