Fantastic vacation!

The house , the staff, everyone was amazing! This is definitely how a vacation suppose to be it was short of nothing. We all enjoyed our stay at this property and the host was very attentive and sweet. We will definitely be back. All the staff was amazing and the house is just breathtaking if you want to vacay in luxury like the celebrities this house is the one.

Here is a gem!
The staff seals the deal. Yes, there is the proximity to the Minitas Beach area which is super convenient for soaking up sun and ocean playtime, the 3 golf carts give individuals freedom to move about the resort at will, the pool and outdoor eating area encourage refreshing dips but also quiet time for real connection with loved ones, and the bedrooms are quiet and super dark. Unexpected was the professionalism of the staff who offer expert advice and service to ensure that guests enjoy their experience. It all begins with fresh squeezed juices and platters of assorted fruits bursting with flavor, but it is when you ask for whatever they suggest from the local cuisine using fresh fruits, vegetables and fish that the magic happens. We ate at several high end restaurants at the resort, but everyone's favorite meals were the ones prepared at the house. The staff offer smiles and enthusiastic responses to requests and work so hard "in background" to ensure that the house and grounds are super clean and there for you to enjoy. Don't miss watching the sunset at the beach.

Perfect Getaway
We had a great time. House was perfect for the 12 of us. Staff is phenomenal, starting with the manager, who was so helpful in arranging transportation, food and outings. Chef was truly amazing. Breakfast and four dinners were truly gourmet. The rest of the staff and especially Evelyn, took care of all our needs. Pina Coladas at the beautiful pool was a great touch. Enjoyed every minute at the house

Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff, food, location, and house were all great. The pool has afternoon shade which was ideal. The chef accommodated a gluten free diet without any issues which is truly hard to find and is very much appreciated. We would absolutely stay in this house with this staff again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The property is very nice and comfortable- perfect for relaxing. We had 6 adults and 6 kids stay without issue. The staff is first rate. Great central location to beach, marina, restaurants, and golf courses. There were some issues with the air conditioning that were immediately handled by the owners. Would highly recommend for a large group!

A Great Time!
My family really enjoyed our stay! The home is perfect! Beautiful AND comfortable! The beds are cozy. The outdoor space is amazing. Pool the perfect temp. Huge jacuzzi. Our BEST family vacation ever!
Our family of five young adults gathered to celebrate a BIG birthday for my husband’s birthday! Every single detail of the stay exceeded our expectations. The location of the home was absolutely central & perfect in relation to the entire resort. The staff was incredible- we had all of our culinary and beverage needs customized exactly as I had requested. Every morning was a coffee bar and breakfast selection you would not believe! In the afternoon we were greeted with fresh margaritas/mojitos and delicious appetizers. Our rooms and laundrey were cleaned daily. The gardner kept the grounds immaculate and our pool/veranda area was so inviting. I think our favorite was the 12 person hot-tub sauna that we frequented morning noon and night! The house manager Milagros was so very attentive and responsive and took care of every detail from menus to dinner reservations and a private boat excursion. The staff orchestrated a birthday party for my husband with custom decorations- steak/lobster dinner and the most delicious Oreo cheesecake we have ever tasted! The entire resort offered something for everyone- we felt so safe and were able to navigate in the THREE golf carts provided y the home. We certainly could have booked a smaller villa- but the 5 star reviews of this one drew us in. We will most certainly travel back to Casa de Campo for a seamless vacation that we will fondly treasure for a lifetime.

Fabulous Stay at the Perfect Large Family Villa
This was our third trip to CDC - two families staying in a house together. This was our best villa - by far. The location is excellent. A really quick walk to Minitas and on a quiet private street. The villa's grounds are perfect, with a good sized pool, a large hot tub, grill and tons of patio space. The gardens back onto the golf course and allow for great sunsets from the large comfortable covered porch. The bedrooms are all well sized and very comfortable. The AC worked pefectly, the bathrooms were oversized and in great condition. The villa staff were all extremely friendly and could not have been more helpful. Having a driver on call was really useful. Milagros the house manager was awesome - helping us with all our reservations and local travel needs. The three golf carts were a big plus. We had previously rented from CDC and their gas carts did not compare in terms of quality, size, and convenience.

Good property great staff

Amazing villa and fantastic overall experience!
Right from the booking process, Dayana gave us all the information we needed to make sure our stay was perfect! Our group was an extended family so 11 in total, 5 children between 5 and 15 and 6 adults including 2 in their late 70s. The location and layout of the villa were great for everyone with a good mix of twin rooms and doubles and mostly on one floor. We landed late in the evening but our greeting was perfect both at the airport as arranged and at the villa with drinks waiting for us. The villa was exactly as described, if anything even more beautiful, and the team who looked after us were great. We hadn’t done this type of holiday before with a chef and staff their to help and we had been a bit unsure how it would be but I don’t know if we will ever be able to go back to our normal villa type after this!!!! We had very few problems but anything at all was dealt with quickly and simply, even when we locked the safe and couldn’t get back in!! Breakfast was amazing each day, we sometimes did lunch but mostly just a small snack or hot dogs for the kids but the team were happy to make those for us . We had the chef cook us dinner twice and on reflection we wish we had done it more!!! Amazing food and brilliant service throughout. Cocktails were fab and they even did mocktails for the kids. Having access to the golf carts for travel made things so easy and we mostly did our own shopping which, although expensive onsite, was really handy. Next time we would definitely go to the main supermarket in town for a bigger range but it worked just fine as things were. Milagros did a great job of organising a boat for us to fish and snorkel for a day and also an excursion to swim with dolphins in puta Cana. She was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the holiday wouldn’t have been the same without her. The whole resort was amazing, everything was close by, but the villa and team were absolutely second to none and I can’t thank them enough for making our holiday so special. We really hope to come back again soon!! We all agreed if we could give it more than 5 stars we would have done!! Absolutely recommend this for all ages and groups

I can’t recommend this villa enough. I stayed here with 12 girls for my bachelorette party and it couldn’t of been any better. We are messy and loud but the staff was still so sweet and took great care of us. The house is beautiful and well taken care of. The staff was amazing, so nice and took care of all our requests. We woke up every morning to a clean villa and our rooms were always cleaned. The beach and marina were an easy golf cart away (the golf carts easily accommodated all 12 of us). Milagros set up a taxi for us when we went to dinner/the club a bit farther from the villa. She also set up our van to/from the airport which made everything easy and safe. We did a boat day which was absolutely amazing. The boat we initially picked wasn’t available anymore but we were still accommodated and she gave us 2 other options. The staff made us breakfast every morning and dinner one night and it was delicious. The pool at the villa was beautiful I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Milagros can provide COVID tests for a small charge to anyone that needs. I hope I get to visit again.

The estate is extremely beautiful, very confortable and clean! The villa is very pleasant and polite. The manager and the staff chief all speak english very well. We have obtained all the necessary information for our holiday and to organize in the best possible way breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is very suitable for children; the staff has give us a hand to make than feel at their ease. The villa is very close to the beach and the three trolleys have helped us in moving around. My husband is a chef, we have cooked at the villa in the main kitchen and I have ascertained it is perfectly equipped, The kitchen is extremely clean and very spacious. Thanks to the owner and to the staff everything has been perfect. We will certainly go back.

LUXURY VILLA, 5 STARS
We have been to Casa de Campo many times and I have to say this villa is the best. I will be back soon. The villa is like new and I must say that the cleanliness is excellent. I found the pool always clean. This villa has been recommended to us by our friends, but until now we have not had the opportunity to stay because it was almost always rented. I suggest you book in advance. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We chose the menu option and compared to the restaurants in Casa de Campo, we ate very well and saved a lot. My compliments to the chef. Unlike the other villas, here we found three golf carts included in the price. The 5 people who work in the villa are kind and caring, especially Milagros and Tatica, who speak excellent English. If you don't use golf carts like me, the driver can take you with the villa car anywhere in Casa de Campo. Perfectly maintained garden. Internet in the villa was fine.

Beautiful setting, wonderful stay
The property itself was wonderful with beautiful grounds backing up to the golf course and a gorgeous pool, spa and outdoor seating area. The beach was just a few moments away and there is lots to do in Casa de Campo overall. Rooms and common areas were cleaned daily. Meal preparation and food were excellent. There is a grocery store in Casa de Campo that we went to via golf cart which was quite easy. The one area that could be improved was the bug situation in the kitchen - there were many flies and roaches. That may just be what you need to expect in the DR, but was a bit of a turn-off for our group.

Great property and amazing staff
Los Lagos is a beautiful, clean, comfortable home. It's exactly as described in the listing. The backyard/pool is beautiful and the location is very close to the beach. What really sets this property apart is Milagros and her staff. The service was 5 stars and the food service (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) were amazing. I've paid 3x for properties that were the same quality as Los Lagos and those properties did not include the staff. We will definitely be back. As a note to renters: DO travel with plenty of cash. You'll need it for tipping, activities, etc. Cash is very much appreciated as a tip in all the restaurants. A++ for this property!!

5 Stars all around
A multigenerational crew of 11 (ages 90-12) spent 9 days at Los Lagos 16 recently. We travel quite a bit and I can honestly say this was one of the best all around values for money that I have experienced. The house was perfect for our size group (11 people). The bedrooms are all good sizes and the bed configuration allowed the perfect mix and match of couples and singles. The common spaces are very large and flow nicely to the outside pool/deck space, which is where we spent most of our time. The Los Lagos area is dead center in Casa De Campo, so everything is easy to get to. Golf, shooting, tennis are out one way and the Marina/shopping the other. Of course, the beach is a hop, skip and a jump away. Very walkable or a quick 2 minute golf cart ride. The staff was awesome, as well. Always there and helpful. Milagros, the house manager, was very responsive and was available 7x24 to help us with activity and dinner reservations. Heading into the visit, I was a little confused by the cooking/food situation and how that worked, so for those who may be in the same boat, here's the scoop. You can order set meals (for a price) and they will shop, cook and serve them or you can shop yourself and have everything prepared by Marlene, the chef (no charge accept for a $15 pp surcharge for dinner) We did both the set menus and shop ourselves. For our group, it turned out to be easier (and cheaper) to be able to do the shopping and make the menus ourselves. Marlene can cook anything well :-) We hope to be back again soon!

Greet location! Great house for large group or multiple families, as every bedroom has an en-suite. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, including an excellent concierge, Milagros. Outside space is wonderful. Only drawbacks; house staff has limited English (yet they managed to pull off a great anniversary celebration for my parents) and there is only one kitchen which you share with the staff. Would recommend this house!

Place is great! COVID was a bummer...
Dayana is a wonderful host...and the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. There is plenty of space...the place is in great shape...and good surroundings. We had most of our meals at the property, due to COVID...ridiculous curfews kept us from eating out much-with a couple of exceptions. The Minitas Beach Club is a first class place to eat...and there are a few decent places at Altos de Chavon. The staff did a good job with our meals...we had a good selection (we wrote the menu) and there was just enough food to keep us fed. We were pleased with the staff. Again, thank you Dayana and Staff.

Great place for a Girls Trip
Dayana, Milagros, & team were INCREDIBLE to work with and the house was just perfect for my 10 friends and myself for a long weekend. Leading up to the trip the communication was easy and direct, and the help that they offered prior to landing in the DR blew me away. When we arrived we were greeted by the best team who couldn't have been more helpful right out of the gate. They thoroughly walked us through each room, how the systems like AC & pool heater worked, and shared the WiFi/played music without us even asking - it kicked the weekend off on a perfect note! There was only one little hiccup with the arrivals gate, so my advice would be to double & triple check that the gate has your guests names and PP# well before they get to the gate, also remember that there is a $25/day resort fee - Dayana did her part of sharing that info with them, but I think I should have confirmed with the gate earlier that morning. That said, this in no way put a damper on the weekend. The bedrooms & living area were so clean, and the bathrooms were fully stocked with products, robes, and slippers - I felt like we were living in a hotel. The food was delicious, specifically the breakfast and the house concierge helped us set up at Catamaran which was easily paid for through the VRBO portal, making it super easy come the day of the boat ride. The house chef prepared food for us to bring on the boat, and we had the most lovely time going out to Palima. Highly suggest doing a boat day if you can. As for our departure, we were sad to leave! Everyone was so nice and we can't wait to come back soon and have a safe & relaxing weekend with close friends in a beautiful location again.

Home is beautiful. Pool and hot tub were used daily. Concierge for house very helpful making travel arrangements to and from airport and dinner and any other reservations. Home comes with a Butler, Cook, Maid and Golf cart for personal use to get around the Casa complex. Will definitely return.

My family and I loved Los Lagos 16. The house was perfect for our 12 person family. The pool and outdoor set up was perfect for spending hours everyday out by the pool. The location to the beach was super easy. Golf carts took us everywhere in CDC. Most of all, we loved the staff. The food they cooked was amazing and they took care of our every need at the house. Excellent experience
Would highly recommend this property. The experience from booking to departure was efficient and smooth. The property is located close to Minitas Beach, golf courses, marina and other destinations. Staff and communication with the concierge was fast, incredible and flawless. One car and 2 golf carts are an exclusive service that we were looking for during our stay. Best in class!

Beautiful House!
This was our fourth stay in the Dominican Republic, but our first time booking a VRBO. We had a great time during our stay over Thanksgiving. The house was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had a few issues with the staff and communication. While the house includes a driver and 2 golf carts we were not informed ahead of time that we would be responsible for putting gas in the vehicles. We actually ran out of gas in the golf cart on our way to the spa The property liaison told us that she would stop by every day to check in, but she only came by once after I requested her to. I had to e-mail and text her to ask questions and she often took all day to reply. Overall, we had a great time with only a few hiccups.

We have stayed at Dayana's villa only for few days but it was one of the best experiences that we ever had. Pictures are not aligned to the villa's quality. Price is excellent compared to all services provided by Dayana. We will go back to this villa next summer

Location was excellent.
This was our second trip back to Casa de Campo. The staff was very accommodating and the beds were extremely comfortable. The chef prepared fresh fruit juice every morning and created amazing meals for our family of 11. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this villa.

Great house...close to beach
Had a wonderful trip. 2 families (4 adults, 6 kids) had room to spare in this house. Close to beach, golf carts get you anywhere, pool is awesome, staff is great. Will do it again!

Excellent vacation house
So happy we chose this home. We were 2 families 12 in total and it fit us perfectly. Great location that’s a 3 minute drive to the beach. Very stylish interior with a beautiful backyard where we swam, enjoyed meals and played ball. The staff was excelllent between preparing our meals, driving us on errands and keeping the house neat. Highly recommended.

We are really glad to share this review and give to the next clients an high level overview of the amazing days that we have spent at Los Lagos 16. We have made a really deep reaserch and we can say that there is no villa offering 3 golf carts, a well trained staff, able to fullfull all your requests and above all close to the beach. This villa is also located close to the Marina and provide you a top level service (including deep cleaning (Covid related) and breakfast/lunch arrangements)

Villa Los Lagos 16 is an Amazing place to spend your trip. A driver included in the price made our journey special and helped us to arrange grocery purchases and other staff. Jacuzzi is heated and wonderfull! Book It if you are keen in customized services
