Good sadly no hot tub or sauna because it was out of order and the pool was luke warm so my kids were getting cold a lot quicker than going to other pools that are at least warm for my kids to stay and play a lot longer. The room was great and Very clean!

The lock on the bathroom door was broken,the sheets on one of the beds was soiled and the room smelled.Additionally,the food for breakfast was bad and the hot tub in the pool area was disabled.

Property was clean. It smell like bleach not just on the pool area but also along the corridors. Coffee was available and breakfast was decent. The front guy staff at the time was really helpful and on top of things and can anticipate what you need before you even ask for something.

The man that checked us in was amazing! He was so quick and very accommodating. He asked my daughter if she wanted a room closer to the pool. Little things like that goes a long qsy! Also my 3 year old said she didn't want the waterfall on but a minute after he left she did want it on. He laughed and instantly came and turned it on for her.

It was easy to find. The only stoplight in town. The hotel should have turned on the heater to my room. It took a full day for the room to not be chilly and a comfortable temperature . Breakfast was ok. Was not well stocked both days I was there. No one at or near the front desk when ready to check out. Had to track down person in laundry room to help.
The room was clean and up to date. The price was reasonable. I will stay here again next time I’m in ladysmith

they offered only cold breakfast, but with so few guests on a COVID Sunday night, you can't blame them. On our last stay over Labor Day,there was more of a breakfast spread, but a little more fresh fruit would be nice.
It's a good value for the price.

Stayed for second week of deer season. Breakfast was perfect for grab and go with muffins and coffee. They had cereal, eggs, sausage, and juice for people who would be eating there. The pool was always busy. Overall a great experience and will probably stay here again.

The rooms were quiet and clean. My only negative comment is about the breakfast. There was very little choice and when my husband went down about 10 minutes before it ended, there was nothing left.

Wonderful staff and the hotel was clean. The decor needs to be brought up to current trends, the air exchange in pool was broken and the mattress gave me pressure point pains.

Hot tub disappointment
The employees were all amazing, but I was not impressed by the hot tub. It was barely warm and the jets were terrible. The bathtub in our room (104) didn’t seal to hold water for a bath.

The rooms and staff were great. I had a billing issue and the owner was very cooperative and easy to work with to get it resolved. The continental breakfast is in 2 areas. Everyone walking back and forth getting butter over here, forks in other area. Could be more organized. Food got cold while everyone is looking for what they need. Suggestion would be to double up in both areas with your basics.
