I was disappointed with this facility. First the A/C did not work .. the vent was also not clean .. The bathroom was dated. The sink did not allow water to flush quickly. The bathtub was slippery. The coffee machine leaked all over. The shampoo conditioner they provided was minuscule for 2 people. They did not replace these or the towels and also on one cleaned the room even though we stayed 2 nights

The bar was closed, the pool was broke, the room smelled/was dirty, and the tub was clogged. I asked the manager to unclog the tub and the made it worse. I took a shower and the tub was so clogged the water was half way up the tub and never went down for a full day. When I checked out I told the person at the don’t fest and they just shrugged their shoulders. This hotel is nice but not maintained and needs new managers. For as much money as they charge it’s run horribly.

Room itself was very dated and the bathtub/shower area was in very rough shape. Sign in the lobby said renovations were underway so hopefully that will improve in the future. There was a strange noise coming from from the heating/AC unit that never went away and was quite annoying to try to sleep with. Food quality at the breakfast buffet was very poor. Some of the "hot" items were cold and most looked quite old. I don't expect top notch dining at a Holiday Inn breakfast. But at $15/person for the buffet I expect better quality than what was delivered.

The condition of the bathtub was such that there was no way it could be cleaned properly-peeling paint covered with a large sticker. Check-in was a cold experience. Lobby was dead silent, not even background music. Felt like a morgue. Coffee maker in room was broken. Everything was an extra charge, not even free water pitcher or coffee in the lobby or elsewhere. The positives were parking and location. And, the bed was comfortable. Still, better to be in an air bnb because definitely did not benefit from any hospitality.

Thank your for your feedback. Pool is closed for repairs due to water leaks, sorry. Restaurant was and is open for regularly posted hours. Breakfast is available for regularly posted hours however is not free. Holiday Inn's do not provide a free breakfast however, Holiday Inn EXPRESS does provide a complimentary limited breakfast. We are not an Express.

My stay was very nice. I love how close the hotel is to Main Street Lafayette. Very walkabe to churches and good restaurants. Walkable to campus as well (when the weather is agreeable). I was somewhat disappointed that the pool is not in working order and that this fact was not mentioned on the website then i booked. I will stay again ext tome i visit Purdue

They stated they were in the process of fixing the bathrooms but not until I arrived. The rooms were dirty and bathrooms not only in disrepair but also filthy. Staff was so so.

I'm sorry the restaurant was closed when you wanted to us it. We do keep pretty normal hours and food is available during those hours.

The showers were being remodeled so it looked terrible, but the rest of the rooms were good. The breakfast was ok. Real scrambled eggs. Real bacon. The staff is great. Very nice housekeeping and service staff. I would give it another try after the bathroom remodels were done.
