Unfortunately, they had little housekeeping help on the Saturday afternoon we checked in. We had to wait an hour to get a room ready for us. That is beyond the normal 300pm check in time. We arrived at 3:30 pm. Bathtub accessories were broken off the shower wall and just sitting on the side. The hotel was okay, but I think they need more routine simple maintenance and more help. Though, I understand employees are hard to come by in this economic climate.

I had a room that had not been updated yet, so there was a lot of little things that just weren’t right. I saw the end of my bed. It tilted and then slam down on the floor when I stood up. The chair at the desk was all peeling. There was a humidity problem at the pool so they had all these fans running that you could hardly hear anyone talk.

The room size was adequate, but the furnishings are starting to show their age. The in room dishwasher leaked and even though we reported it twice, it was never fixed. Housekeeping was supposed to clean the room every other day, but we needed to go out into the hall at 4:30 pm to ask the housekeeper to clean our room, when we had requested it to be done in the morning. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of proteins, fruit, bread, and drinks. We checked out a few days early because of the shortcomings, and the GM apologized and offered us free nights at a later date, which we appreciated.

Update the place
Check in was good. The room needs to be updated. The dining table laminate was coming off, wobbly and chipped chairs. Table lamp had no nut to keep the shade on. Bedroom table also had the laminate coming off. Luckily the bed was very comfortable. Most likely will not stay here again

Check in hostess was friendly and gave us a free upgrade. She was terrific! Breakfast was beyond expectations! Delicious variety. The wait staff kept everything hot and filled. Pool and hot tub were not open and in working order. We did choose this hotel in part so we could hot tub. This was disappointing. Front desk gal said we could go down the street to their other hotel, Comfort Inn, and use their hot tub. We chose not to do that in November.

We stayed here to drop our kid to Pudue...not vey far just 15 mins drive. Close to all major shopping area. Staff is very friendly and ho beyond to help younif need anything.

In the progress of remodeling was the excuse.
Our stay started off on a bad note, my son fell hard in the lobby appeared a dog left it’s mark in the lobby and person behind counter didn’t even care, literally sat there. Thankfully another worker possible manager came out and wiped it up preventing anyone else from falling. The coach pillow was ripped and the table was barely standing in the room as it’s leg was almost fully detached. The counter person didn’t care, when reported it, as we did not want to be billed for damaged. Elevator was down on morning, needed to carry bags that weighed 42 pounds down the flights of stairs as were in town for bowling tournament.

I love the lay out of the suites. Spacious. affordable two bedroom stay. mattresses are cheap-new, but springs coming through due to lack of padding. upholstered sofa sleeper-mattress great but sofa and stool filthy and in need of repair. I have stayed in several of your facilities without complaint. this one needs some work.

The property was going through a remodel. It was very disruptive. Safety issues presented when a fire alarm went off. No elevator of course and the stairs were blocked. A really disappointing stay during a difficult time as we were there for my mother’s funeral.

We were very disappointed with our stay. There were no towels or hand soap in the room, when we asked for some we were told they would have to hunt down some soap and they were washing all of the towels. We never got our towels after hours of waiting. The pool was disgusting. Full of dirt and hair and it was probably 50°. There were also unsupervised teenagers swimming in the pool in their underwear. Since we have little kids we had to leave the pool immediately which we couldn’t swim in anyways because of how cold and dirty it was. Not worth what we had to pay for a room.

The employees were nice. Our tv in one of the bedrooms, the internet to watch was not working. There were long dark hairs on a set of towels. There was an ugly fix to the bathtubs. The finish work just all around the rooms were unprofessional and ugly. Like they did a quick fix and didn’t finish properly.

Booked this hotel based on ratings and it geing dog friendly. Only a $75 pet fee for the 6 night stay. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great and always enough. Room was clean and comfortable. Maid service was excellent. Will definitely syay again, highly recommend!

This Towne Place location is in need of some serious TLC. The rooms had several maintenance items that had not been addressed - loose handles, sticking closets, holes/stains in the carpet. In addition to the lack of upkeep, the toilet overflowed and the maintenance staff was not helpful - they delivered towels to the room for us to clean up the mess & then did not come back to get the wet towels from the hallway even by the next day. We were scheduled to stay 5 nights but checked out after 2 and found other accommodations in the area.

One of the windows was broken. The temperature was freezing cold. The property is old and undermaintained. One morning, the key card stopped working. After 3 attempts and reception also tried, then realised the lock was dead, they had no one on-site to help open the door. We have to wait more than 1 hour and I have missed my important meeting. I think proactive maintenance can assist them to minimise some of these problems. Some more vegetarian options can make the breakfast more interesting.

Need an extended stay? Kitchenette makes things so much easier than eating out all the time. Very clean, great staff and the regional sales manager actually contacted me as I was enroute thanking me for staying there. Tfue customer service.
