I requested microwave prior to arrival and we still waited a while when we arrived, it wasn’t in the room. It specified in the reservation, in room bottled water but there none. Reservation specified 3 adults but we had to request another set of towels and coffee mug and glass coz there were only for 2 adults. We had to call for both. There were leftover construction materials inside the closet like laminate floor planks. The front desk said because the property is owned by a resident(villa) they can not take care of it or remove it. What was the point of asking requests prior to arrival if they’re not going to deliver? The inroom coffee plug is not safe since you have to either plug it near the sink outlet or an extension power trip cord. The coffee machine is outdated. A lot of hotels uses coffee pods now.
