Beds were comfortable, room and property was very clean. Bathroom had plenty of fresh towels. Heating/cooling unit worked very well and was not noisy.

Fridg freezer drip tray overflowing on to my food. Must have been blocked. Chairs in room over ours made wicked noise when moved about, softer feet might help.

Very friendly at check in. Room was small but clean. No T.V. For the first night. It was trying to get a connection for over two hours and we finally gave up and went to bed. Put towels outside, as instructed, and got no replacement but luckily we had enough for our short stay.

This is our go to lodging for the yearly yard sale in Warrensburg. It’s convenient in both directions to Lake George and Glens falls.

The room was okay. Very dated. No counter in the bathroom for anything. The refrigerator felt like it was going to fall over. The air-conditioner didn't work well. The lamp between the beds had a place for two light bulbs. Only one had a light bulb in it. My young granddaughter found this by putting her finger in the socket thinking that was the way to turn it off. ZAP! Scared us all! Thank God she was not hurt, just shook up. (That's a lawsuit waiting to happen). I personally would not stay here again. However if you are, hopefully you'll have a nicer room and a better experience.

Owner is taking very good care of the place. A nice outdoor pool that appeared to be clean, it is very bare bones, for example, no microwave.

Excellent location near Lake George (5-min drive). Room was clean, quiet, electric stovetop w/ all cooking utensils. My daughters loved the pool which was always warm. Would definitively stay again.

Great staff
We have stayed at this motel several times and have been happy with our stays. We did stay in a smaller unit this time and found that we prefer the units with the kitchenette. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful.

Second time here. It is clean, basic and very comfortable. Solid beds and pillows and ample towels. Enjoyed the little balcony area overlooking the mountains. We were here for a festival. Last year, it was a bit noisier. Being on the second floor made a difference. Check-in and out was easy. The only thing I'd suggest is greater familiarity with the trolley service so we could avoid parking in the nearby village. Hope to return again.

Motel is very very old. I got economy room so didn’t expect too much but room to be honest was not clean. Dark hair all over the room: on pillows and even on towels. The worst is a laud fan. I turned off it because it was impossible to fell asleep. I took extra blanket and that blanket had lip sticks and a lot of dirty spots on it. It was late and I was tired so I didn’t want to bother owner. If you’re looking for a clean and quiet place it’s probably not for you. For future I would Rather added extra 30$ and stayed in hotel. P.S. walls are so thin that you can hear fan your neighbor. Sorry but not for me.

Desk clerk was very friendy came out to our car tobdeliver the room key with a gift bag. Very attentive to needs. Very cute no frills motel which was safe and quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

I needed a place to sleep the night and this was excellent. A small room with nothing extravagant just what I needed to stop, relax and get rest. AC was cool, and the room clean. Bed was comfortable. Definitely a great value for the money. Staff was fantastic and friendly.

Description and pics of rooms online DO NOT match the room we stayed in!! It was awful. We were told microwave in room… that was a lie! No ICE machine either. Check in process was ABSOLUTE DISASTER! We were told to remain in car and call and someone would “safely” assist us. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! We had to go hunt for the maid to get our key!☹️And then we were given the wrong key!! I would never stay in this place again nor would I recommend it to anyone!

It was just ok...staff is friendly and helpful..pool is nice....rooms need a couch or sitting chairs had to sit on edge of bed to watch tv....ac was located on the floor 4 inches from the bedframe so all air was being blocked..room was hot even when ac on max....
