Sprawling Lake Oasis w/Pool, Dock, Firepit, Gym

This house has it all—easy lake access, panoramic views, in-ground swimming pool with an adjoining hot tub. The dock is steps away from the house and complete with a kayak, stand-up paddle board, and fishing rods for your use. **The spa is available year round and is heated. The pool is not heated and is closed from October-March every year and open from April-September.** Enjoy your time on the water & if you’d like to dock your boat or rent our pontoon boat, we’re happy to accommodate (please let us know in advance)!

The interior is decked out with amazing wood and stone finishes in every room. Work from the luxurious office equipped with high-speed internet. Cook with your choice of gas appliances, a Big Green Egg, and the propane grill from the sprawling deck. Upstairs, the master retreat room features a massive closet and huge walk-in shower with an overhead rain shower head, a steam generator, 3 body jets, and a handheld nozzle.

Downstairs, the terrace level has everything you need for entertaining including a workout room, a game room with foosball and air hockey tables, a bunk room with two solid wood bunk beds, and a bar with 3 TVs. Enjoy the outdoor patio off the terrace with a relaxing sitting area featuring lake views.

SIX sleeping areas -- (#1 King, #2 King and 2 Full Bunkbeds, #3 European King, #4 Queen, #5 Full, #6 Full and 2 Full Bunkbeds and 2 Twin Bunkbeds)

**Drivers, please acknowledge before arrival - there is a very, very steep sloping driveway and a 4-car maximum at the bottom by the house. One additional car can park in the pulloff pad halfway down the driveway**. Dawson County quiet hours are 10pm-8am, and are strictly enforced. Neighbors WILL call the police out, and you will be asked to leave the property. The swimming pool has been pre-programmed to run from 10am-9pm. If you want the spa to run during non-quiet hours, please text me.

Beautiful home on the lake with lots of great amenities. We had four generations and there was something for everyone. The main floor bedrooms were a plus with the older adults. Great location if attending a wedding at White Laurel Estate. Driveway is a bit intimidating (22 degrees at the most steep point according to my truck) but definitely doable.

This property was wonderful for our retreat. It was extremely well stocked. The kitchen was amazing to cook as a group. It had all the utensils and needs to cook wonderful meals. I would highly recommend this house for a small work retreat.

This property is OUTSTANDING! Do not hesitate renting this property. Very clean, easy communication. So many nice things to say about this property! We loved the option of renting the boat and jet ski that are docked at the house. If we vacation again at Lake Lanier, we will be renting this property again.

Beautiful house and view!!
My family had a wonderful stay at this home. The entire house is fully stocked-from a full kitchen to even down to extra toothbrushes. We love the pool and hot tub and had a blast on the jet ski. I wish we had also used the pontoon boat as it was a beauty.

Wonderful Family Getaway at Lake Lanier
We were here for a week with our 3 adult children and their children. It was a fantastic location for our family vacation. The house is plenty large enough and there is lots to do. We also rented the boat for the week so there was something for everyone....boating, fishing, games, the hot tub and pool. Everyone, young and old, agreed that this was our favorite family vacation.

Great family stay!
Our large family really enjoyed this lake house! There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms so we could all spread out. The game room downstairs with foosball and air hockey were a huge hit with our family. The pool and hottub were great and very easy to use. Natanya was always available for any questions we had and did everything she could to make our stay better. Our family would highly recommend this house for anyone else.

Wonderful weekend! House was beautiful and very well appointed. Attention to detail for all of our needs was outstanding. Pool, hot tub, dock with room for our own boats, deck overlooking the lake, amenities all throughout the house, etc. were all so nice! Parking in the driveway was a little interesting. There was plenty of room for parking four vehicles, just a very, very steep driveway. It was a beautiful weekend in a great house! Overall, this was one of the nicest houses we’ve rented. Would do it again and recommend it to anyone.

Family vacation at the lake
This was an awesome lake front home. The owners had everything to make it home for us. Right on the lake, beautiful view. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, air hockey and foos ball tables were a real hit. . Even a nice size gym to work off the all the s’mores your going to make at night in the fire pit. I enjoyed the steam shower in the master bath. Laundry rooms on main floor and up stairs. Loved having 2 refrigerators. Just bring food and clothes, and everything else is there. Lots of things to do in area just a short drive a way. Be prepared the driveway was steep, it was a real workout. Can’t wait to go back.

Very clean & functional!
I am super ocd about cleanliness and to my surprise this property met my expectation of what a clean house should look and smell like! The kitchen was a dream. Cable TV was much appreciated especially since it’s the playoffs! The steamer in the master bedroom was insane and much needed. The gym was amazing & had most everything a body builder would need. The house was very functional and very spacious. We were disappointed that the hot tub was showing 101 degrees but felt more like a cool to warm bath. The owner was very communicative but it just wouldn’t get hot enough for us to bet in. Overall, I would absolutely stay at this property again. The small details did not go unnoticed! There were extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, phone chargers, lotion, face wash, soap, laundry detergent, etc. As a group of 30’s/40’s well traveled & well established professionals, we were pleased with our accommodations.

We had the opportunity to vacation with three generations of our family, and we created incredible memories. It was an incredibly beautiful time at an amazing house in an equally amazing setting. The house had so much room, so many amenities, and the pool and lakefront setting were better than the pictures. Everything we needed and wanted was there, and the hosts couldn't have been more gracious. This part of the lake is quieter than most, and renting the pontoon boat and waverunnner was the cherry on top. Starting them up and operating them were a breeze, and we had a blast on the lake. Anyone considering this house should "just do it!" You will not be disappointed.

We traveled with a group of 14 family members, we had an amazing time at the lake house. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together, or have a little of their own space. We have stayed at numerous vacation houses and this was by far the best organized for visitors. All the little touches like labeling what is in the kitchen drawers/cabinets, having copious amounts of towels, life jackets for the kids in the lake, and so much more...it was fantastic! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing lake getaway.

Great Fourth of July getaway. Big house with lots of space and activities. Plenty of room for a large group to be comfortable. Lots of social space. The pool area is amazing and the house has great views of the lake all around it. I am boater and optioned to rent the boat on property. Which was a great addition to the trip. Would recommend for any occasion even if you don’t go on the lake, the house has mountain feel and would be also nice to rent in the cooler months as well.
