It was a pleasant surprise. Spacious rooms for my family with kids (we have 4) and it was near alot of restaurants which made it very convenient. We drove around, so having free parking was also a plus ^_^

Since it’s a city hotel located away from the tourist spot in Cenang Beach, it’s quiet and peaceful. However, if you have kids and want to experience the street food, this place is a little distant from the beach.

Very nice hotel, clean and huge nice view. But front service abit poor, my room suppose to comes, with the mini bar. But we have to request it 2 times before they bring in just 2 can Pepsi and 2 can Sprite. That's all for the mini bar. Needless to say the fruit basket and welcome drink. Nothing at all. Lazy to ask also. But the free tea reception is really very gd and worth for the upgrade of room. If u prefer a quiet place to rest in langkawi. Kuah is still gd. Want a vibrant place to stay, have to go to Pantai Cenang

Really enjoyed my stay. It was spacious and clean. The hotel has great facilities such as swimming pool and sauna. Customer service was really good and it is a good spot to walk to the Langkawi eagle stature. It is a 20 minute walk. There are nice local restaurants around for good price. I would stay there again.

We had a great family time at the hotel, it was very clean room a Seaview and we enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym. Staff was very friendly and helpful and it was worth it 😊 Thanks for your hospitality and we will hopefully return to visit again soon.

This hotel convenient walk around town - carpet very old smell on hall way - room big - bed very comfortable - but we not lucky peoples live cross from our room have 2 boys running on hall way - crying yelling all day We phone lobby at 10 pm - nothing they can do - We booked room include breakfast but when we check in they told us room Not include breakfast and charge $35MR / person -we booked 2 room /4 person /5 nite So it will cost us few hundreds cnd dollars more -we booked since nov for jan trip - on there site all there room include breakfast - we try 1 day breakfast a lot of rice and food very cold - not good Buffet food alot of peoples use finger grap the food Very consider after covid times

The Bayview was generally good/very good, staff welcoming, friendly, helpful. We didn’t eat in the hotel, the breakfast looked bland and poor value. The hotel has changed their location for the “Executive Lounge, now a part of the ground floor dining area, the food/snacks served there were bland and unappetising. Rooms/hotel and facilities clean, housekeeping good.

Nice Hotel, not the best location
The hotel and the service staff were nice, but the breakfast food is very unhealthy and generic, without any change. Location wise, it's not in the same area as the touristy beach side, but still OK for very short trips.

Will not recommend this hotel, entire hotel has mold smell, room windows don’t open has 0 ventilation other than AC which I don’t like AC, after day or two your clothes feel damp, after 2 nights my throat was sore and I am coughing.

This were our first time travel to Langkawi & stayed in BayView. The room are big with bath tub, In-house movie provided. The staffs are extremely friendly. On Sat 23/9/23, after visited from SKYWAY, while I stepping into the Hotel lobby, my leg suddenly bleeding with a pool of blood due to a cut of my right toe. Luckily the FDM Mr. Nathan passed by & help me for the First Aid Dressing, he instructed his colleagues to help me to a wheelchair and get the hotel driver to drive me to a Clinic. Furthermore the lobby staff and Chambermaid help to clean up the blood stains. I was very pleasant that whenever the staffs saw me everyday always concerned my injury, very touching! Thank you Everyone.

The hotel was filthy, everything inside the bath room were rusted and dirty, room was full of ants, breakfast was horrible- they rarely pay any attention to the food. Staff far too relaxed and not particularly professional. Would not recommend anyone to stay and we definitely keep off! This hotel is in a desperate need of a refurbishment! The current state of the hotel is appalling!
