There were a lot of issues when we first checked in, all of which were resolved quickly, but it was slightly annoying. The WiFi wouldn’t work but they gave me an access code for upgraded WiFi. The first room they assigned us wouldn’t open (the door), but they gave us another room. We asked for a late check out and then housekeeping came and knocked and when I told her we had a late check out she said, “sorry, no one told me.” We also got a call from the front desk asking why we hadn’t checked out yet, who we, again, told we had a late check out. None of these were major issues, but slightly annoying.
