Our business is more than 10 years and in support of our seriousness and professionalism, we have a long series of excellent reviews on the web that certify customer satisfaction. Your opinion is clearly malice and slander towards us and for this reason, we will ask Expedia to cancel your review otherwise we will proceed through the legal channels for slander and false declarations. The only truth that you have written is that the air conditioner got damaged two days before your arrival and the technician did not have time to repair it but now it is already fully functional. Then, all the rest are lies for the sole purpose of harming us. The bottles of beer that you saw were empty and left by previous customers of other studio and our staff was simply cleaning and throwing them in the trash and it was yourselves that you asked us to want not the cleaning service. But you have omitted to write all the extreme availability of our staff that has offered extra services outside our facility, which are not competence of the staff (how to accompany you several times to do the shopping or others things..). Estimado cliente, Como està indicado claramente en los sitios partners de Expedia, el aire acondicionado no es incluido en el precio de la habitación y solo en caso que se desea el servicio, se pide un suplemento extra de 10 usd por dia. En este periodo de pandemia, durante la limpieza se debe utilizar cloro para asegurar una buena desinfección entre un cliente y otro y dado que llegó antes de la hora de check-in, posiblemente no hubo tiempo suficiente para que se evaporara el olor tìpico. Como se fueron poco después de su llegada (no se quedaron, no pagaron la estadìa y no hemos aplicado ninguna penalidad) ni siquiera vieron el jacuzi por lo que no entendemos cómo puedes dejar un juicio sobre él. Pedimos el favor a Expedia de no permitir a clientes que no cumplen con la estadìa de dejar opiniones. Gracias y saludos cordiales. Administración Casa Lily & Coco
