The place was clean, close to the office ( for breakfast) and everything worked. I didn’t like that they charged us when we first got there instead of waiting until we left like most places do.

Staff need to be more hospitable. Checking out was the best service from the desk agent and she was the only one there. At check in, there were three people more involved in their conversation that she just handed me a key card . I had to ask to what room!
