Perfect stay!
We highly recommend this property! We were in town for a couple of nights visiting family. The house is very clean with beautiful decor and wonderful extras....like coffee k-cups, snacks and a toothbrush kit! The bed was very comfy and my kids loved having a tv and bunk beds in their room. Also, its in a great location. Everything you could possibly need is just 5 minute away.

Outstanding Hospitality!
We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated and updated/modern home. The communication from the host was perfect and clear, the check-in was super easy. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a personalized letter board message (so cute), thoughtful baskets in each bedroom with essentials/toiletries/water bottles and a snack basket in the kitchen that the kiddos loved. The house was well stocked with laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soaps, lotion, etc. Many thoughtful touches in this house that made our stay so nice! They even had a sound machine in the master bedroom, games in the family room (we enjoyed Jenga) and basket full of blankets (which we snuggled up in on the couch). My family slept amazing in the comfy beds, they were the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in! Will have to figure out how to duplicate it at home. 😉 Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Very cute/nicely furnished and decorated home with wonderful hospitality touches to make your stay even more welcome. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place
I was in town for a week and decided to rent through Vrbo instead of staying at a hotel. This was the perfect place for my family to gather together. I was able to take my granddaughter to school every day. She enjoyed the chickens in the neighborhood! The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you’ll have at home. I really felt comfortable at this place and would highly recommend.

This was the perfect home. Not too big, not too small and located on a quiet street. Yet close to everything. I so very much appreciated that the home was clean and well organized. Pedro was a great host. If my life takes me to Gainesville again next year, I will stay here for sure! Cheers!
