Simplicité idéale
Bien localisé pour jouir de la section nord de l’île. Moments agréables dans la superbe véranda, à 1 jet de pierre de la mer avec vue imprenable sur les couchers de soleil. Propre, complet et confortable. On espère y revenir!

Clean and Comfortable, nice neighbours, very noisy at times
Our hosts were very nice people. This VRBO was very much out of the way. A map with more specific directions on how to get there would have been helpful. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The view from the porch was relaxing, watching the sail boats, and the pelicans doing low fly-bys, however, you step off the porch right on to the street. Most of the neighbours were very nice, including the local stores (sparsely stocked, but friendly service, nice people). Some of the local youth however sped down the road on their very loud motorcycles which completely destroyed any semblance of quiet and calm. The water is ten metres from the front door, but you can't go in to it. The beach is about 400 metres away, but the better beach was about 4 km away. The pastry truck comes by every morning with mouthwatering goodies. listen for the horn. The outdoor rinse off shower and clothes lines came in very handy. I would never recommend this for two couples. One couple would have to walk through the other bedroom to get to the restroom. There is no air conditioning, so having the doors open for the fans was a necessity. It is a beautiful area with a lot to see. Check out the markets and museum in Saint Pierre.

A True Caribbean Cottage
We loved our stay at Mike's Caribbean cottage; feeling like a local and folding right into the beat of Le Precheur. Mike's parents warmly welcomed us to the house and gave us a tour of the house and amenities. Though it was just my husband and I, there was plenty of room for another couple (or kids). The sound of the waves, at night, lull you to sleep and the rooster is dutiful waking you in the morning. We loved enjoying a planter's punch on the front porch; watching the sunset dip below the horizon on the beach just across the street. We hiked some of Mt. Pelee and visited the zoo, both of which we would recommend.

A little spot of heaven.
The location of the property is beautiful and relaxing. We loved the front porch and the reggae jukebox. The adorable owners left us a little feast in the fridge. We left feeling so relaxed!

The ideal place to explore the north of Martinique
Very charming little house, only 20m in front of the sea. Clean and comfortable. Warm welcoming by the owners. Perfect location to explore the North of the island: hiking the Montagne Pelée, visiting habitation Ceron, and relaxing on the beautiful black sand beaches.

Lovely little house by the sea full of rustic charm
Very cute little house across the street from the sea, in the most northern village on the Caribbean side. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! Great location if you want explore the wild beaches and walking trails of the north. Mike and Marie are warm and super friendly and although we don’t speak French and they don’t speak English we managed to communicate just fine. We miss going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the waves and having our breakfast on the front porch overlooking the sea. Around 8:30-9am a local bakery van drives by, with the most amazing baguettes and croissants we had in Martinique! We are hoping to return one day.

Nous chérirai toujours notre temps à Anse Belleville
Je souhaite que mon Français était mieux si je pouvais exprimer pleinement mon appréciation pour nos hôtes et les chambres. La chambre était immaculée, avec toutes les commodités que nous avions besoin. Nous étions heureux d’être loin de l’internet et entouré d’une telle beauté naturelle avec la mer à la porte d’entrée et de la montagne à nos dos. Partout où nous allions que nous avons rencontré des gens charmants et beaux villages. Un voyage au bout de la route en Martinique du Nord promet une récompense spéciale pour ceux qui veulent fuir le tourisme.

Petite maison très coquette dans un quartier au grand calme, bercés par les rouleaux de la mer. Une belle terrasse pour profiter du beau temps, et la gentillesse de nos hôtes. Un excellent séjour de ressourcement !

Site moins touristique et donc particulièrement agréable pour partager la vie des habitants. La ville de Saint Pierre est très attachante de par son histoire mais aussi la gentillesse et la bienveillance de sa population. calme et sérénité
Un endroit parfait pour se détendre, coucher de soleil depuis la terrasse et bercé par la mer et le chant des grenouilles. La maison contient tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances réussies. Les habitants très accueillants, tout le monde se souhaite le bonjour (une bonne raison pour taper la discute) et prêt a vous renseigner. De bonnes ballades à proximité et aussi de bons restos et commerces. Roger et Marie sont des personnes très attachantes et feront tout pour vous venir en aide. "pendant votre séjour vous n'êtes pas que tous les deux...nous sommes 4" (dixit Roger). Nous avons passé un très agréable moment à Anse Belleville, encore un grand à merci Roger et Marie et à une prochaine !! Denis et Carole

Magnifique endroit
Le gite est une ancienne maison de pêcheur très bien rénové par leurs proprietaires, Roger et Marie qui par ailleurs sont très agréables, disponible et de bons conseils. Point de départs de belles randonnées et de belles plages à proximité. Je conseil la region pour l'authenticité des habitants.

Angenehmer Urlaub im Norden von Martinique
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Es ist schön eingerichtet und es ist alles soweit vorhanden, was man zum Leben braucht. Die Lage des Hauses machte es uns möglich, verschiedenste Strände, Wasserfälle, den Zoo oder den Jardin Balata und auch den Vulkan in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Die sehr netten Hausbesitzer haben sich alle 2 Tage gemeldet, ob etwas fehlt und ob alles in Ordnung ist. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass man nur sehr schwer direkt an der Wohnung ins Wasser gehen kann. Wir waren in vielen Restaurants in der Umgebung und haben immer gut gegessen. Die Menschen hier sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf Martinique. Wir waren die erste Hälfte des Urlaubs im Süden, würden aber den Norden empfehlen, weil man von dort aus einfach mehr unternehmen kann.

Superbe !
Petite maison de pêcheur avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, endroit très tranquille en pleine nature, la vraie vie martiniquaise. Saint-Pierre n’est pas loin ou l’on y trouve marché, petit bar ou resto sympa dans une ambiance agréable, on est toujours très bien reçu, départ de nombreuses rando et plages idylliques. Bref un Cocktail parfait pour de belles vacances. Nous recommandons vivement !

Authentique dans un lieu très attachant
On voulait être au bout de l île avec les gens qui y habitent. Nous n avons pas été déçu de l accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes dans une maison de pêcheurs sans clim où l on dort fenêtre ouverte sous la moustiquaire. On entend les coqs , les martiniquais qui partent travailler de bonne heure le matin et ça fait du bien. N hésitez pas à faire escale dans les lieux de vies où vous pourrez faire vos courses, boire un ty punch ou une bière , manger , jouer aux dominos et peut être zouker. Pour les lieux à visiter rando montagne pelée , gde rivière aqua raid, plongée, plage, visite...

Forêt et plages paradisiaques
Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans ce logement lors de notre road trip. Il est parfait, cette petite maison en face de l' océan est magnifique. Elle parfaitement bien situé au nord ouest de l île, qui est pour nous le côté le plus vert et authentique. En tout cas c est l'image que nous avions de la Martinique. Très proches de magnifiques randonnées (anse couleuvre / cascade / mont pelée) et de la plage de l anse Ceron (sable noir et cocotiers).il y a aussi st pierre à visité et le prêcheur avec un restaurant le Melody quasiment les pieds dans l eau . Et tout cela est accessible en voiture en moins de 10 minutes car il n'y a pas de circulation. Bref, je recommande cette location . Et puis vous allez rencontrer des propriétaires aux petits soins avec vous même une fois partie.

La maison " les amandiers" est parfaite, avec vue sur la mer, très calme. L'équipement du logement est très bien adapté. Roger et Marie sont adorables et vous accueilleront dans les meilleurs conditions. Un logement authentique dans une ancienne maison de pêcheur.

un rapport qualité prix correct
Logement spacieux, literie très correcte, salle de bain avec eau chaude en permanence, nécessaire de cuisine correct, terrasse pour manger en bordure de route mais peu de passage donc agréable car ombragée. Possibilité d'accès à la Wifi après avoir compris qu'il faut être sur la terrasse (ne fonctionne pas dans la maison). Dommage, alors qu'il y a la mer juste en face, il est impossible de se baigner (ce qui n'est pas clairement écrit dans l'annonce). La distance est d'au moins 400/500m. Mais globalement un rapport qualité / prix tout à fait acceptable.
