Sit and unwind on the front porch, cozy up near the fire pit, relax in the hot tub, or use this as the launching pad for all of your mountain adventures. 25 minutes to Copper, 45 minutes to Vail, and 15 minutes to Ski Cooper. Great Fall Weekend in Leadville
Spent the weekend at Matchless Mountain with friends for a bike race. Location is quiet and peaceful. Nice, big cabin with great hot tub. Kitchen is well stocked. The kids were also happy and entertained with the toys/books. Owner is responsive and kind. Look forward to coming back in 2024!

Great location!

Delightful stay, truly a home away from home
This property exceeded expectations in terms on comfort, space, amenities, and lovely little extras. It was perfect for our group of 5 adults. The check-in process was a breeze. Communication was prompt and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was fantastic. I would rebook for another stay in a heartbeat.

Great home, great location, great hosts!
We have stayed in a few places in Leadville and Carolyn's place was as nice as any. Her house was clean, well-stocked with amenities & spacious for the 7 us (4 adults, 3 teens.) The only recommendation we have is to add an extra ice tray. ;) Thank you so much, Carolyn, for your awesome hospitality & communication. We hope to return.
