This is a great place to stay in Atchison or anywhere! From the front desk - Calista and Jen both went out of there way to answer questions - like when I couldn't figure out the lights. Jordan took care of our room like it was her own home! We'll be back when our son graduates next year - we're on a long waiting list so we're not the only ones who love to stay here. Oh and a REAL breakfast including eggs and waffles.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and very nice. They really went above and beyond to try to help with any request. The only ask i would have is to be more organized with breakfast; it seemed they were out of things (juice, milk etc.) every day.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Ballast the next morning was good wroth permutations of options. The only complaint was the apple juice tasted and looked like water.

Swimming area is surprisingly decent. The outdoor grilling area also was a nice touch. Sauna was interesting but locked.

We picked this hotel because my husband wanted to swim. He wasn't impressed with the pool because it was so shallow. But the room itself was very upscale--much nicer than I expected.

The staff was great. However the TV in our room did not work, they brought another one in and couldn't get that one to work either! Very inconvenient. Then there was something in the pool area or room that gave us upperrespiratory issue's! Not happy. We left at daylight, no sleep at all!

We were given a room that had not been cleaned by the previous occupants. Then we were given another room with a jetted tub. It had not been cleaned either. We were also informed that our privilege card would not be excepted because we booked through Expedia and we would have qualified for a senior and or military discount had we booked at the hotel directly

Quality is one of the better hotels we used however; your pet policy stinks! literally. dogs barking at us in the hallway is unnerving. Pets should only be allowed away from quests who don't have pets. Using a room after a dog is never good for those allergic to them! Make your policy suitable to all. Until then we will not use quality.

Hot tub works!
The hot tub works and is wonderful! So many hotels say they have a hot tub and when you get there it's broken. We asked for a late checkout and they were very accommodating. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Very nice hotel and a great stay.

The motel is in need of updating and tender loving care. The staff need to be a little more knowledgeable about the city and recommendations of eating places and when they are open. I was given several options by the desk clerk, but all of them were closed on Monday the day I was there.
