This is an excellent hotel in every way, efficient and friendly staff, a great property, and well appointed room. It is convenient to Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital and the Dartmouth College campus.
Our stay was excellent, The only improvement I could suggest is why are the handicapped rooms so far from the elevator . aaaai wish the handicapped bathroom had a walk in shower.

I am very sorry that you did not have a good experience with us. Unfortunately, when someone is swearing and calling our staff names we have zero tolerance policy. You also, refused to provide a credit card for incidentals, which I now understand as you smoked in our NONE smoking facility. We work hard to provide everyone with a comfortable stay and you created a very hostile environment for our guests in the lobby and also our staff.
Thank for my 1st night. I so needed the rest, as I have been at the hospital with my husband who had a heart attack and had a quadruple by pass. Due to his needs I did not get to return for night two. I should have only booked one night at a time unfortunately.

Im sorry for your family's situation. DHMC is a wonderful part of our community.
The desk clerk was very helpful and friendly-5 star service. The room was clean and comfortable. It was odd that was no hairdryer or little bottles of beauty aids....which on this trip I needed as it was a unexpected trip and I forgot those items. Breakfast was disappointing- I knew it wasn't included so paid for the extra but it was skimpy- the choices weren't- I'm used to a layout of choices and guests help themselves to as much as they'd like.
The hotel itself was great but Marriott you have to get with current trends and include Breakfast.

Thank you for sharing about your recent experience with us. I miss the old buffets as well, unfortunately Courtyards are geared more for the Corporate traveler now. We are re-vamping our menu very soon though, so thank you for the feed-back.
