Expedia MESSED up my reservation BAD (long story) we spent HOURS in the office going back and forth on the phone with Expedia, our phones were dieing, it had been a LONG day... Even though we were frustrated and exhaust, the lady at the front desk let us charge our phones, grab a warm cup of coffee and remained calm and helpful. Anyone else in her situation would've been super irritated.

Attached Bar played music until 12:30am on Friday. I didn't even stay there on Saturday even though i had it reserved for a second night. The one thing i came to do ( sleep ) is the one thing i couldn't do.

Hotel was just okay based on the reviews I had read I was not expecting a lot. We were in town for a race and this hotel was close to it and the other places that we had planned to visit. Staff was very nice and even called me to check on me (we did not check in until 2 A.M.) since I still had not checked in yet. So my big complaint would be the bed sheets were old, stained, with small holes in them. I'm sure they were clean, they were just old and dingy. A/C was very cold, bathroom was clean, we just needed more bath towels, and those we got more of from the front desk. No bugs of any kind. Hopefully they can retire the sheets and invest in some new linens and that would definitely bring me back. Yes, there is a cocktail bar on the property, but no one bothered us. We could not hear anything from our room as far as ruckus or music as other reviews stated.

Although it was right off the side road it was overall quiet. The room was clean. The bathroom and sink area were surprisingly in good shape and exceeded my expectations. The floors didn’t have carpet which I loved and they were clean and in good shape. The beds were comfy and that AC was blowing extra cold.

the room was very basic and had flies all over the place which made sleeping hard. the door was wide open when we went to put our luggage inside. no key needed. at night there are people walking around being noisy. very small parking spaces. the toilet did not flush unless you hold the handle down . receptionist at check in was so rude and didnt speak in a welcoming manner.

Decent, clean rooms
Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. The AC is kind of loud but luckily it was a cool night so didn’t need it otherwise may have had a hard time staying asleep. Only needed a decent clean place to sleep and shower. For the price I would consider again if in that area.

Clean but other guests make you uncomfortable
The rooms and employees were great. Other occupants not so much. There was a lot of loitering outside and alcohol consumption from other guests outside. It was somewhat nerve-racking going to and from my vehicle. There are lots of signs around the lot advising Lewisville PD makes frequent trips to the property yet I saw no PD during my week stay. The property is directly next door to a Fire Department. I was okay with my stay but I would not recommend my wife to stay here alone or other single woman for that matter due to potential safety concerns...

Rooms were clean and Organized first Room they give us has a lot of flies inside so get a Different one my wife ask 3 times for the pool key she was tell it was in cleaning process all 3 times she ask for the key

Breath of fresh air
The room was unexpectedly pleasant and smelled nice! The walls are fairly insulated, giving me the peace and quiet I desired. If the parking was a tad more plentiful that would be great, but there is only so much space for a parking lot. Lol For me, it’s only 8 minutes from my work site, has a place to grab a night cap next door, and is 100 times better than the econolodge I briefly stayed at in Lewisville!

Loud house
It was not good.....a crew was changing out exterior doors till after 8pm and began again at 7:30am. They were vERY load. I know this improvement is needed and will be an asset.... but, some considerations should be made if still renting rooms
