This property has a little age to it, but we had the cleanest motel room we've ever had! The check in process was easy and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE!

Super clean. It was very comfortable with everything I needed for a night's stay. The family that runs it was genuinely friendly and helpful and seemed to really care that I had everything I needed. A couple of good restaurants within walking distance made it very convenient. I highly recommend.

Not terrible and pretty cheap rate. Beware they have a $15 pet fee not mentioned anywhere I saw. Room was really tired looking, with a very noisy toilet, some adhoc electric plugs that sire didn't look safe. Cleanliness was maybe average and I honestly had that "am I getting attacked by bugs" feeling while I was trying to go to sleep... Not the orm for me and for reference I spend lots of nights annually sleeping in tents or cowboy camping as a backpacking Guide. I'll probably try somewhere else if I roll through town again.

Filth pit of heck!
There was no heat in the room and it was absolutely filthy. The ice machine was broken and it had a pool of rusty water in it. The young child manning the counter had to call his mother from home to process a refund. I understand it is a lower cost hotel, but this place needs to be razed.

It's an older motel. If you are looking for a cheaper place that is clean, but not new, this is it. I just needed a bed and shower, then i was back on the road. No problem with this place!

The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We ordered takeout while visiting the area from Illinois. Both pizzas were ready shortly after I was told they would be, maybe 5-10 minutes' wait. Really tasty pies, though one of them was slightly singed on one side, no big deal. Would order from here again.

This was an interesting experience. The property is quite old and there needs to be some significant investment to make it something that would be considered updated by today's standards. It's an old motel so you park right outside of your room. I've been on the road for about 6 weeks now all over the country and I'm starting to like that feature. As far as what happens once you get to your room, everything is fine. The bed was comfortable, the A/C was great, the bathroom was clean and the internet connection was stable and quick. No complaints for what they can control on an operational level. It does need to be updated, though. Many won't like how old it is.

Owner’s wife was unfriendly. Charged $25 for a dog. Flies all over room, ceiling. Carpet striping with nails exposed at entry, stepped on it. Room was very dated. Everything old.

This is the ONLY place I stay when traveling through Liberal KS. Always greeted with a smiling face! These rooms have the most comfortable beds and hottest showers!!
