Sadly disappointing
Stayed in Prague Pentahotel and had the most amazing stay, so thought this would be the same, but unfortunately it wasn't. The hotel is o.k., but far from everything, limited menu and room was small, noisy, terrible view of carpark and staff pretty unresponsive. Won't be staying here again unfortunately.

Honestly, the only "bad" thing that comes to mind is perhaps a few more options for breakfast, though I understand the space was limited. Other than that, I commend the staff first and foremost for their flexibility and kindness.

Very nice staff and perfect location
Very nice people, beautiful environment and perfect location. My only concern is the air conditioning setting. It stopped during the night and I woke up because it was too warm for me. I went downstairs and the gentleman working the front desk told me that when it reaches the minimum temperature it stops automatically. He offered to give me another room but I was not going to move everything in the middle of the night. So I could not get back to sleep until 6am…

The hotel was not bad in general, it was in the city center. But the receptionist we checked in was very bad, he couldn't give much information, he passed it quickly

Nice Hotel
Nice hotel in the center of Liege. The reception is a bar with a kind of industrial look. The rooms are nice and the bed very bid. We enjoyed our short stay and would stay again.

Wonderful facility. Spa was excellent with Great helpful pleasant staff. The hotel receptionist was a touch ... condescending at checking in ... when asked billing questions ... but the rest of the staff more than made up for "her" ... possible personal lack of self esteem and dismissive air.

Great room but some issues
The room was excellent. Spacious and modern. However, there seems to be a problem with checking the rooms: the lightbulb of the bedside table lamp was missing, the TV was not working and the hairdryer was broken. The breakfast was amazing and recommended for the price (I paid 10€)

The staff at this location were very accommodating and patient, and eager to help with anything. I highly recommend the breakfast! The beds were comfortable, but the sheets were rougher than I am used to. The air-conditioning took the edge off some very hot summer days. The hotel wifi dropped out sometimes, but never enough that I was prevent from working. Overall, a great place to stay.

Hotel was Nicky located to the center and had quiet rooms considering the location. Parking was tight and limited even though I paid for their parking garage. Next time I’ll park on the street

Incredible staff at a great location and price
I booked this hotel for its great location and price, both of which are great. But what really blew me away was the incredible level of service. When the kitchen did not have the traditional dish I wanted, one of the staff members called a local restaurant that did and made sure that I got in before it closed. They also did brewery tour research for me essentially unprompted when I mentioned it as an interest. All of this is in addition to just being a great, friendly bunch that was a central part of a great night spent in the hotel bar over a few beers. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, and I travel often.

This area is run down, few amenities in the area, some rough-looking locals hanging around. I wasn't in Liege enough to see if the whole town was in the same condition. The hotel was also in need of upgrades, small, tight room. About 40 minutes walk from the train station, over cobblestones!

Another great hotel from Pentahotels
Pantahotel is one of my favourite chains. This was the first one outside the UK that I have visited and the standards are as high as ever. I love the slightly trendy style but still open and welcoming to all. The rooms are a really good size and very well appointed. The beds are outstandingly comfortable. Shame I had an early start. The friendly staff really look like they are happy to be at work and look after you. the location is good and accessible and a short walk for all the attractions of Liege.
