I sincerly apoloigize for your getting booked into the room with the TV issue as even though we were heavily busy that entire weekend, we should have made this room the last option as well as reaching to the guest in advance to describe and discuss what we could have done. I did discuss your stay issues with 2 Front Desk team members that were here all weekend and they both do not remember anyone bringing these issues to their attention.
