The property look condemned , room smell like smoke not but smoke!!!! Raccoon trap in front of room door,the worker told me that about 3 months ago the had problem with bugs, roaches, bed bugs!! But he said not no more!! Red flag for me!! I ask for refund please!!!

This place was full of cockroaches I called I know but they didn't have any other rooms and then I was blamed for peeing on the bed and he said he has pictures

Clean but not enough amenities. No microwave, refrigerator or iron. If I had to do it again, I’d choose somewhere else.

Terrible. No microwave,fridge. Roaches were prevalent. The ice machine and vending were out. No coffeemaker. This room had literally nothing. It is the worst room I have ever stayed in.

I stayed in room 219 there was roaches the mini fridge didn't work the head board fell almost knocked my boyfriend out this is the first time I have had a complaint they can do better

As soon as I walked in and turned on the light I saw a baby roach crawling across the floor. There was dead roaches behind the bathroom door. The water temp in the shower was not even luke warm. I called the front sldesk and was told there was only one other room, which was a smoking room and they all share a hot water supply, so there was nothing they could do. The description of the room showed a microwave and fridge. There was NO microwave which was our whole plan of eating our dinner. The beds had the smallest pillows I've slever seen and each bed was covered with a plastic bed cover under the fitted sheet, so as you can imagine every time you rolled over it sounded like you were opening a chip bag. Was told maybe because it was an online reservation I may could get a refund. I doubt it. Noone spoke about my complaints again. I would spend the extra 20$ and stay anywhere else honestly. I don't know how they are even open.

rooms have been updated and are nice though very sparse. there were dead bugs on the ground that needed to be swept up. and we had some noisy neighbors but the staff were very helpful and friendly and took care of it quickly. for the price, it was a very nice place to stay. would recommend and will continue to utilize it

The room was overall clean but we killed over 4 roaches. No remote for the tv had to go to the front desk and had to program ourselves

only stayed one night because there were COCKROACHES ! Desk clerk told me that they knew about the problem - received the refund the rest of the stay that was planned, would like a refund for the 1 night we did stay also

The room said it can with a refrigerator and microwave well it did not!! We had roaches in our room!!!! There was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. There was no hair dryer and we asked if they had any at the front office and they said the manager did not want to supply them even though it says on the website that they have all of these products. The people next door to us kept banging on the walls all night long and the phone system did not work so we could not call anybody The bath tip had no bath mat and it was very slippery!!!!
