Lovely, well-equipped villa and friendly hosts
The villa itself is modern and comfortable - and well equipped eg decent kitchen equipment, which a lot of similar places don’t have. It means you can properly cook at home rather than just doing snacks. You might need to, as the village is very limited - we found only 2 restaurants and both of them needed to be booked in advance, even in low-ish season (September). If you don’t mind driving you’ll have lots of options as it’s close to Pula and Medulin. I’d say you definitely need a car unless you’re happy to stay by the pool all day. The pool is unheated and was fairly freezing (!) in September but ok once you’re in. I think it would be good to specify that in case that’s a deal breaker. The hosts met us for check-in and were friendly and kind about our late arrival due to getting lost, and patiently showed us around. We didn’t need to contact them during our stay, but I’m sure they would have been willing and available if we’d needed them. I think this would be a great place to hang out as a family or group of friends. We were only 2 and the villa was very spacious for us. Overall, I’d definitely recommend.

This is an excellent property for a family of 4 persons + one dog. Very good quality of all facilities (e.g. high speed internet, effective air conditioning, clean swimming pool, etc.). Clean and comfortable the property offer good privacy. My dog Michelangelo was very happy. The car can be parked inside the property Good tourist attractions in relatively short distance. I will not hesitate to recommend this property to my friends. The owners are very nice people and did everything for providing good services to my family.

Top Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem Dorf sehr ruhig gelegen, aber nicht weit von verschiedenen Restaurants und einem kleinen Einkaufsladen entfernt. Auch der kleine Hafen mit Bademöglichkeiten ist nicht weit weg. Wir wurden sehr nett von den Vermietern persönlich begrüßt und durch das Haus geführt. Das Haus ist für ein Ferienhaus sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und bietet viel Platz. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub genossen.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus
Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Sandra war hervorragend. Wir haben dort 2 schöne enstpannte Wochen verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt
+ insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt + Goran und Sandra sind tolle Gastgeber + super Hundefreundlich + für uns perfekte Lage + Haus ruhig gelegen, zu Fuß ist man in 25 Minuten in Medulin - hier gibt es viele Lokalitäten, Bars und Restaurants + innerhalb von 20 Gehminuten erreicht man viele tolle Buchten, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen kann man überall mit hunden gemeinsam schwimmen - einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Klima im Schlafzimmer anbringen, es war nachts sehr heiß Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen und hoffen nächstes Jahr wieder hier Urlaub machen zu können! Ein großes Dankeschön an Euch, wir waren gerne eure Gäste! Schöne Grüße Silvana und Celal Und die zwei Hunde :)

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Sehr nette Vermieter. Ordentliche Ausstattung. Großer wunderschöner Garten mit großem gepflegten Pool. Einkaufen im Ort in zwei Läden die in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Verschiedene Strände in 15 bis 20 Minuten. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbares ferienhaus mit pool(nachts beleuchtet), überdachtem essbereich im freien, voll ausgestatteter küche (von zitronenpressen über käsereiben, sandwichmaker, handrührgerät bis hin zum schnitzelklopfer), unzähligen deutschen fernsehsendern, zwei bis drei parkplätzen, alles von einem mäuerchen umgeben für die nötige privatsphäre. Vielen dank an Goran, der sich um alles kümmert, zweimal die woche den pool säubert und für alle extrawünsche oder evtl. Auftretende probleme ein offenes ohr und bisher immer eine lösung parat hatte! Der kontakt über whatsapp macht alles sehr einfach Auch die lage überzeugt, nur ca. 7 autominuten zum nächsten supermarkt und der nächste strand ist auch nicht fern

Wir wurden super Empfangen von den Vermietern, alles sauber und vorhanden wie beschrieben. Pool sehr sauber und größer als erwartet. Ausreichend Handtücher und Grundstück perfekt für Hunde da es eingezäunt war. Gute Nähe zum Bäcker und Supermarkt. Strand lieber mit Auto. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit und kommen gerne wieder! Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Das Ferienhaus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und jeweils eigenem Bad, einem dritten WC sowie einem großen Wohn- und Essbereich. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird, z.B. Klimaanlage, voll ausgestattete Küche, Geschirr- und Handtücher, Waschmaschine etc. Die Außenanlagen sind toll gemacht, neben dem Pool haben uns noch der überdachte Freisitz und die schöne Bepflanzung besonders gefallen. Wir sind von Sandra und Goran sehr nett empfangen worden, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Vielen Dank dafür.

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil
Im Haus ist alles was man braucht, man muss fast nichts mitnehmen. Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, Kaffeefilter, Spüli, sogar Eiswürfel... alles vorhanden. Auch ansonsten: Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Toilettenpapier, Schnaps :),... Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, man kann prima mit Hunden reisen. Der Pool ist wunderbar und abends beleuchtet! Die Vermieter Goran und Sandra sind supernett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen Fahrradplatten und 15 Minuten später brachte der Vermieter und ein Reparaturset! Wir waren schon das zweite mal dort und ich kann es nur guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Mit dem Rad sind es ca. 10 Minuten bis zur Medulin Hafenmeile. Fußläufig sind in Liznjan nicht so viele Restaurants.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Pool
Positiv: Klimaanlage, sehr sauberer Pool, großes abgeschlosssenes Grundstück, mehrere Parkmöglichkeiten, gute Küchenausstattung, wenig befahrene Nebenstraße, schöne Einrichtung, geräumige Zimmer, Babybett, Bäcker sowie tägliche Versorgung und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer Negativ: laute Musik bis in die Morgenstunden von wechselnden Urlaubsgästen des benachbarten Doppelhauses, mit kleinen Kindern ist empfehlenswert das Auto zum Strand zu benutzen, da zum Teil kein Gehweg entlang der Hauptstraße vorhanden ist

Perfekte Unterkunft, Perfekte Gastgeber
Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und ist ruhig gelegen. Das Highlight ist der eigene Pool in dem schönen Garten. Die Vermieter sind super lieb. Da wir uns blöderweise mit der Fahrt verrechnet haben und früher als 16 Uhr zum Check in da waren durften wir auch schon eher in das Haus einchecken. Das hat uns echt den Arsch gerettet. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder unseren Kroatien Urlaub verbringen.

Man könnte sich dran gewöhnen
Ein schönes Häuschen lädt zum entspannen und relaxen ein. Luxus pur und Blickfang ist natürlich der eigene Pool. Gemütliche Verweilgelegenheiten runden den Aufenthalt in dem uneinsehbaren Garten ab. Die Umzäunung vermittelt zusätzlich ein Gefühl von Privatsphäre und Sicherheit und wertet den Erholungsfaktor auf. Die Eigentümer empfangen und verabschieden persönlich Ihre Gäste, sind sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich, außerdem jederzeit erreichbar. An dieser Stelle, möchte ich mich im Namen Aller, bei der Familie Knezović, für den schönen Aufenthalt, herzlichst bedanken. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann vielleicht zum Strand und in die Stadt "Medulin" laufen, wir allerdings hatten das Auto bevorzugt. Eine Seltenheit und daher besonders gut für Kinder und Nichtschwimmer geeignet, der weit in das Meer flachverlaufende Sandstrand. Wegen ein paar kleineren Felsen und spitzen Steinen im Meer, sind Strandschuhe empfehlenswert.

Très bonne adresse
Logement impeccablement propre et bien équipé, jardin et piscine bien entretenus. Les propriétaires sont adorables, et facilement joignables en cas de problème. De magnifiques criques sauvages avec peu de monde et de l'eau cristalline sont atteignables par des chemins non goudronnés en 10 - 15 minutes. Il est recommandé de prévoir un parasol (pas d'ombre) et des chaussons de plage (galets, rochers et bcp d'oursins).

Das schöne Haus machte das schlechte Wetter erträglich!
Sehr schönes Objekt mit genügend Platz im und ausserhalb des Hauses, aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber. Im Dorf kann man alles für den täglichen Bedarf kaufen und in der nahegelegenen Pizzeria einfach, aber gut, essen. Alles perfekt - bis auf das Wetter. Herzlichen Dank an Familie Knezovic
